摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processes for forming a casing, by straightening butt joints between the casing and a speed ring for each single section. CONSTITUTION:Each section 24A of a casing 22 is composed of ruled surfaces and machined through roll bending, so that its side edge 30 is straight for a single section. The thickness of the casing plate is about 30mm., being different depending on their portions. Since both sides of the plate are thinned with a single plane respectively, the actual machining is easily carried out by a gas cutting machine guided along a straight line. This machining method can easily provide high production accuracy and reduce the number of man power.

The tip of the main plate 2 of the speed ring is shaped by gouging, grinding or the like to provide a transition part. Even if the main plate 6 of the casing is manufactured according to a hydraulically-required maximum tolerance delta shown by a dotted line as to a designed value shown by a solid line in the figure, a coupled part of enough strength can be obtained without reducing the efficiency of welding.

With this arrangement, the pressure in the casing 5 may be higher than that in the runner chamber 1', thereby the air in the runner chamber 1' may be discharged without being sucked into the casing 5 side.

CONSTITUTION:When the servomotor is closed and the opening degree of a valve arrives at the degree of buckling, a switching valve 16 is switched through a switching valve push rod pulley 20. A proper allowance is provided at the side of the maximum servomotor opening during a normal operation to obtain a structure wherein the switching valve 16 is switched through the switching valve push rod pulley when the servomotor is opened excessively. When the return wire 7 is broken, a return shaft 12 rotates into the direction of opening, therefore, the servomotor is closed slowly by switching the switching valve 16 at the over-opening side of a servomotor opening degree setting cam 15 and thereby preventing the breakage of the iron tube.
