    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash large-sized parts in high clearness by slantly fixing parts to be washed on a rotary table and disposing many spray nozzles, and washing parts to be washed in order and in stepwise by executing a washing with high- pressure city water/pure water and dewatering drying, etc., with dry air by oscillating nozzle action when the table is in rotating state. SOLUTION: Washing is started while rotating parts to be washed 2 with a rotary driving part 18 after carrying large-sized parts 2 from an opening/ closing cover 6 part at an upper part of a washing chamber 7, putting the parts on the inclined base 10 of a rotary table 11, fixing the parts with a pressing metal fittings 8 and inclining the parts 2 with an inclination screw 9. At first, the water in a city water tank 28 is sprayed in oscillating from a spray nozzle 12 through a high pressure pump 19 and a high-pressure water piping 17 to execute prewashing. Then the pure water in a pure water tank 27 is sprayed in oscillating from a spray nozzle 12 through a high-pressure pump 19 and the high-pressure water piping 17 to execute main washing with the pure water. Then the air from a dry air member 15 is sprayed from the spray nozzle 12 to execute dewatering and the washing is finished.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for structural countermeasure for preventing moisture in a driving part, to prevent generation of rust, to prolong the service life of the driving part and to miniaturize a washing chamber by providing a partition for preventing liquid leakage in an operating transfer shaft between the supporting part of a brush in the washing chamber and a driving mechanism part in the outside of the washing, chamber in order to protect the driving mechanism part from splashing water. CONSTITUTION:A partition part is provided in an operating transfer shaft 9 between a brush supporting part 10 for water washing in a washing chamber 1 and an X, Y, Z-driving part 2 provided outside the washing chamber 1. The partition part has a structure for preventing liquid leakage which is freely moved in the X, Y and Z directions. In other words, sealing of X-movement is constituted of a right and left enfolding type plate connection member 6. Sealing of Y-movement is constituted of a back and forth folding type billows member 5. Sealing of Z-movement is constituted of an upward folding cylindrical bellows member 4. Thereby the transfer shaft 9 for transferring operation from the driving part 2 provided outside the washing chamber 1 is easily moved in the X, Y and Z directions. Operating power is accurately transferred to the brush supporting part 10 for water washing.
