    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the appearance of overstress in a conductor due to the resonance of a rotor and an electromagnetic exciting force by making vibratory characteristics of the rotor constant, for example, by increasing a torsional natural frequency of the rotor, in a rotary machine. SOLUTION: A rotor of a rotary machine has such a structure that a part or the entire part of a head 25 of a conductor 24 may be supported in the circumferential direction and not supported in the radius direction or may be supported softer in the radius direction than in the circumferential direction. The conductor 24 is fastened to an inner circumference of a short-circuit ring 26. By eliminating a holding ring, an end of the conductor 24 can be made light-weight. As for varnish to be put in a space between the conductor and a recess of an iron core 21, hard varnish is used at a refrigerant outlet side and soft varnish is used at a refrigerant inlet side. The width of the space is made wider at the refrigerant inlet side than at the refrigerant outlet side. By this, a torsional natural frequency increases and an electromagnetic exciting force at the time of resonance becomes smaller and so, overstress does not appear in the conductor owing to the resonance of a rotor and the electromagnetic exciting force. Furthermore, vibratory characteristics of the rotor become constant and therefore overstress does not appear localy owing to the resonance of the rotor and the electromagnetic exciting force.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve an automation of removal of an acceleration sensor and movement between measuring points by computing a vibration intensity from an acceleration signal obtained from the acceleration sensor to determine the measuring points. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is provided with a sensor removing device 1 which has bedding material in front of an acceleration sensor and is provided with an actuator therebehind for forcing out the material and a moving device 2 for moving the device 1 to an optional measuring point and a movement intensity computing device 4 for issuing a moving command to the subsequent measuring point. Then, an acceleration signal measured is amplified with a charge amplifier 3 to be taken into the device 4. The device 4 performs a computation of a vibration intensity using the acceleration signal obtained and determines the subsequent measuring point after the end of the computation to command a movement to the measuring point. An I/O controller 6 receives a moving command issued from the device 4 to command the device 2 to move to the measuring point. The device 2 moves the device 1 to the subsequent measuring point. Then, a display device 5 shows a series of operating conditions and the results of the computation.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce a crashing sound due to the delivery of gas while enable the separation of gas from oil to be attained, by providing a plurality of partitioning plates and forming a plurality of spread chambers in a chamber.
      CONSTITUTION: A compressor arranges in its space, excepting an oil reservoir in a chamber 5 communicating with a delivery port 3, a plurality of partitioning plates 12AW12E, 15AW15E, forming a plurality of spread chambers. Of these spread chambers, the spread chambers communicating with the delivery port 3 and a delivery pipe 7 are divided by the partitioning plate 12E, and the partitioning plate 12AW12D, 15AW15E excepting the partitioning plate 12E provides a clearance 17. The compressor is constituted such that this clearance 17, being formed far smaller than the sectional area of each spread chamber, successively connects each spread chamber. And the compressor arranges just above an oil lever of the oil reservoir a plate 11 preventing forming of oil.
