SOLUTION: The autoanalyzer is provided with a control part for collecting the blank absorbance (blank value) of a reaction container to be measured when washing the reaction container in an analysis for entire wavelength that can be used by the device, a storage part for accumulating and storing the blank value for each reaction container in time series, an operation part for calculating the amount of change of each reaction container from a plurality of blank values being accumulated and stored according to the regression expression of the blank value and measurement time, and a function for judging the deterioration of the reaction container by comparing the calculated amount of change with the most recent blank value.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent carry-over by using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for the inner side of a dispensing nozzle. SOLUTION: A nozzle formed of PTFE is constituted of four components of a PTFE tube 36, a nozzle tip 37 formed of conductive material at the tip of the tube 36, an outer cylinder 38 formed of conductive material for mechanically supporting the tube 36 and for transmitting an electric signal of liquid level direction, and a joint 39 for finally connecting to a channel. The conductive nozzle tip 37 at the nozzle tip is in close contact with and connected to the tube 36 and is fixed by the engagement between a male screw thread cut in the nozzle tip 37 and a female screw thread cut in the outer cylinder 38. The PTFE tube 36 is replaced by unfastening these screws.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of a measured result by a method wherein, according to the compared result of areas in ranges which are designated arbitrarily on the basis of a reaction process absorbence, the existence of a reaction suppression phenomenon due to the excess of an antigen is judged. SOLUTION: A sampling disk 2 is turned, a sample container 1 into which a sample is put is moved to a sampling position, and a sample in a constant is put is sucked by a sampling mechanism 3 so as to be discharged into a reaction container 7. The reaction container 7 is moved to a reagent dispensing position in a next cycle so as to be stopped, and a reagent is added by a reagent disk 4a and a reagent pipetting mechanism 5a. Then, whenever a reaction disk 8 is turned, the reaction container 7 crosses an optical axis, and an absorbance is measured by a photometer 10, a wavelength selector 11 and the like. A CPU 15 compares areas in two ranges which are disignated arbitrarily on the basis of a reaction process absorbance (i.e., computes an area ratio), and the existence of a reaction suppression phenomenon due to the excess of an antigen is judged accordingly. The measured absorbance is contorted into a concentration so as to be output.
