摘要： PURPOSE:To enable welding on a portion where welding is impossible in prior arts and give a sufficient strength to an impeller by inserting a welding rod from the cut hole at a vane. CONSTITUTION:A vane 2 is fixed to a side plate 1 and a cut hole 4 is formed at the vane 2 before a main plate 3 and a side plate 1 are set up. After the set-up a welding rod 5 is inserted from a cut hole 4 and the vane 2 positioned ahead is welded. After the welding, bead finishment and inspection are carried out. Next, another part is welded from an intake or discharge port, and finally welding of the hole 4 is performed. With such a constitution, it is possible to carry out welding at a portion where welding is impossible conventionally due to its complicated shape, with respect to an impeller with a large three- dimensional impeller shape and vane wind angle, thereby allowing production of impellers with any vane shape.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an impeller and a diffuser having high dimensional accuracy and high strength reliability. CONSTITUTION:A member having the sides 1 of a plurality of blades integrated with a side plate section 2 at the side thereof, and another member having the core plate side 3 of blades integrated with a core plate section 4, are abutted to each other, so that the section 1 and the edge of the section 3, or joint planes are faced to each other. Then, a solder material is laid between the joint planes for diffusion junction under the application of heat and pressure. Thereafter, thermal treatment is applied to form a martensite tissue at a joint section including the joint planes.
