    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting state confirmation system which enables a contractant to confirm the accounting states of mobile terminals of telephone numbers more different from that of a contractant's terminal, which are used by one or more non-contractants on a side to be managed, in real time, and to provide an accounting management system which enables the contractant to prevent the mobile terminals used by the one or more non-contractants on the side to be managed from being excessively used. SOLUTION: In the accounting state confirmation system, the mobile terminal owned by the contractant being a management side can confirm the accounting states of the mobile terminals used by the one or more non-contractants on the side to be managed in real time by communication (telephone line used) between the mobile terminal owned by the contractant being the management side and the mobile terminals used by the one or more non-contractants on the side to be managed. In the accounting management system, the mobile terminal owned by the contractant being the management side can freely set the approval/refusal of the use of the mobile terminals used by the one or more non-contractants on the side to be managed and can prevent the mobile terminal used by the one or more non-contractants on the side to be managed from being excessively used.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lighting equipment for cathode-ray tubes, which can carry out direct-current lighting without degrading life of the cathode-ray tube by making influence of floating capacity into the minimum, and preventing generating of a cataphoresis phenomenon. SOLUTION: The lighting circuit for carrying out direct-current lighting, consists of the cathode-ray tube DL, the direct-current power supply, which generates the voltage, which can maintain lighting of the cathode-ray tube DL, and switching elements Q3 and Q4, which change the output voltage from the direct-current power supply to plus and minus on the basis of zero with a predetermined cycle and the like. The voltage impressed to one electrode of the cathode-ray tube DL is changed to the polarity of plus or minus on the basis of zero, and the electrode of another side is set as a value near zero or zero. By this, the polarity can be reversed with a predetermined cycle, without switching directly the voltage impressed to the cathode-ray tube DL with physical switches, such as a semiconductor switching element, a relay, or the like.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the malfunctioning caused by the output fluctuation of the step-up converter of a step-up type two-converter system DC power supply apparatus. SOLUTION: A DC power supply apparatus includes a step-up converter which is composed of rectifying diodes 2 which are connected to an AC input 1 through an input switch 16 and a controller 17 and an insulated type DC-DC converter 8 which is connected to the next stage of the step-up converter. A first controller which is composed of a shunt regulator 20, voltage dividing resistors 21 and 22 for obtaining the control voltage of the shunt regulator 20, a photocoupler 19 which is turned on and off by the shunt regulator 20 and a resistor 18 is provided between the step-up converter and the insulated type DC-DC converter 8. If the DC output voltage Vo of the step-up converter exceeds a predetermined value, the photocoupler 19 operates a REMOTE-ON /OFF signal through a remote control terminal 8a to start the insulated type DC-DC converter 8.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the outflow of an abnormal current with an electronic computer by estimating the transient current fluctuation produced intermittently from the change of a bus signal and comparing said current fluctuation with the value set previously to control a spare constant current source, etc. CONSTITUTION:The estimated value data with which occurrence of the current fluctuation is estimated is stored in a memory 13 from a logic part of a computer. At the same time, the estimated value data corresponding to the command code of a bus signal is stored in a register 14. The higher 4 bits of the register 14 are connected to a decoder 36 for switch of the voltage of each power supply. While the lower 4 bits of the register 14 are supplied to a control type constant current source 19 via a D/A converter 51. Thus the current fluctuation of a constant voltage source 16 is compensated by the source 19 based on said estimated value data. Thus it is possible to eliminate the change of a data bus signal owing to occurrence of abnormality and therefore to prevent the outflow of an abnormal current caused by the short circuit of DC output, etc.

    • PURPOSE:To make a printed circuit simpler in constitution, smaller in size, and higher in reliability by providing a heat sensitive element having a negative resistance temperature characteristic to the cable connecting a power supply input terminal and the printed circuit with each other. CONSTITUTION:When a printed circuit board 3 is inserted into output terminals 2a and 2b of a connector 2, the positive-side and negative-side input terminals 2c and 2d of the connector 2 are respectively connected with terminals 2a and 2b, and thus, an electrically connected state is set between them. Since the output current of a DC power source 1 flows through a loop formed of a positive-side output bus 1a, the terminals 2a and 2c, a heat sensitive element 5, a logic circuit 4, the terminals 2b and 2d, and a negative-side output bus 1b, the electric power feeding quantity is controlled by means of the impedance of the element 5 and the output voltage does not drop abruptly. After inserting the wiring board 3, the element 5 itself produces heat and the resistance value of the element 5 gradually drops. Accordingly, the electric power feeding quantity to the printed wiring board 3 increases and reaches the maximum when the temperature rise of the element 5 reaches the saturation. Therefore, electric power can be supplied continuously in a stable state to another printed circuit boards also.
