摘要： PURPOSE: To secure a sufficient gas density between a high-voltage section and an earthed tank. CONSTITUTION: When the insulating intake gas 13 compressed by a puffer action is puffed at a high speed to the arc ignited between a moving arc contact piece 7 and a fixed arc contact piece 8 at the time of a current cutoff, the intake gas 13 is made the high-temperature gas by the arc heat, and it is exhausted to an insulation nozzle 9 side and a puffer shaft 4 side. In this puffer type gas blast circuit breaker, the high-temperature gas discharged from the insulation nozzle 9 to the fixed arc contact piece 8 side flows at a high speed into a hollow conductor 10 fixing the fixed arc contact piece 8 and electrically connected via a main bus conductor 16b and a connection section 17b. The hollow conductor 10 is arranged with multiple intake ports 19 on the upstream side face and multiple exhaust ports 12b on the downstream side face. The cooling performance in the hollow conductor 10 for the high-temperature gas is remarkably improved.

SOLUTION: In a switch device in which multi-step clusters of thyristor valve stacks ST, ST' constituting a converter are each electrically connected in parallel to by-pass switches BS, BS', a gas-blast circuit breaker suitable for direct current gas-insulated converting stations are used as a circuit breaking part for the by-pass switch BS. Also, two breaking points are structured with a high-voltage side breaking part unit 1A and a low-voltage side breaking part unit 1B so that high arc voltage can be generated. In addition, the device is made compact by making small the diameter of a tank 11 of low-voltage side breaking part unit 1B, and gas consumption is cut by reducing the content volume of the tank.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a test circuit and its testing method by which the arc time task (at least 80msec) can be realized in the interrupting performance test for a high-speed ground switch. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed ground switch 3 which supplies an interrupting current ic that a current i2 from a commercial frequency power supply 2 is superimposed is interrupted (t1 or later) at a timing of t1 in a current i1 from a commercial frequency power supply 1 so as to verify its interrupting performance. Almost half wave of low frequency current i3 from a resonant circuit 20 is injected to raise the interrupting current ic at a timing of t4 , and the current i2 is interrupted at a timing of t2 thereafter, then a interrupting current t3 is given a zero point at t3 . The arc period t1 to t3 can be kept to be at least 80ms injecting the current i3. The current i3 is about 1/4 to 1/6 of the commercial frequency and the injection timing t4 is set 2 to 2.5 cycles (40 to 50ms) before the zero point t3 .

摘要： PURPOSE: To raise dielectric strength for the enhancement of small leading current interruption performance by optimizing the relative sizes of normal and reverse tapers provided on the inner surface of an insulating nozzle. CONSTITUTION: At the normal taper B-C and the reverse taper C-D of a gas- blast circuit breaker, a stream S2 along the taper portions and an intermediate stream S1 exist in addition to a stream S along a fixed arcing contact. The stream S1 is collided with the stream S2 to decrease the speeds of the streams S1 , S2 so as to raise the concentration of gas at the end of the fixed arcing contact 2. In this case, the raise in the concentration of gas at the end of the contact 2 differs depending on the relative sizes of the normal taper B-C and the reverse taper C-D. Also, a difference is caused in stroke as to the streams depending on the relative sizes, and a vortex that could cause a decrease in concentration is formed as the stream S1 swirls. Therefore, by optimizing the relative sizes of the normal and reverse tapers, the rate of vortex formation is made as low as possible, and the gas concentration at the end of the fixed arcing contact can be raised.

CONSTITUTION:In the lower part of a large-sized bushing, a supporting part 55 is furnished in such a way as widening to the outsides. A plurality of vertical direction vibration isolating devices 1 for supporting the bushing are interposed between the table 56 and bushing supporting part 55. The devices 1 are fitted with a rod 2 and case 3 expanding and contracting in the vertical direction relative to one another, and the bottom of the case 3 is secured onto the table 56 while the top of the rod 2 is universally coupled with the supporting part 55 through a ball joint 55a. A spring 4 to bear the load of bushing and a hydraulic damper mechanism 5, which gives a resistance to the expanding/contracting motions of the two members in between and prevents resonance of the bushing, are installed between the rod 2 and case 3.
