    • PURPOSE:To enable the finish of food to be detected always with high accuracy and to control heating operation by installing a control circuit for observing a signal from a heat-sensitive element which is located at a position exposed to exhaust gas from the exhaust opening of oven and cold air from the air duct in an exhaust air passage. CONSTITUTION:Food 5 is put in an oven 2 and high-frequency heating is started. Simultaneously, a fan 10 operates to start air feed. Part of air, whose direction is changed by a guide 11, is supplied to an exhaust air passage 8 through an air duct 12. The temperature of a heat-sensitive element 9 is kept at the temperature of cold air flowing into the exhaust air passage 8. When heating proceeds, water vapor is generated from the food 5 and condenses on the surface of the heat-sensitive element 9. Then, heat of condensation is supplied to the heat-sensitive element 9 to increase the temperature of the heat-sensitive element 9. The condensed water evaporates immediately, absorbing the heat of evaporation from the heat- sensitive element 9; therefore, the temperature of heat-sensitive element is decreased. This change in temperature is converted into the change in voltage, which is inputted into a microcomputer 14. The microcomputer observes the width of voltage change. When a specified width of change DELTA V is observed, the microcomputer outputs a signal to a control circuit 15. The control circuit 15 which receives the signal stops the operation of a magnetron 3.

CONSTITUTION:A flexible and planar heat generating substance 1 the two surfaces of which are nipped between upper and lower sheets 2a and 2b is placed in a superposed state on a rigid structure 3 and a connection part 6 of a lead wire 5 is connected to an electrode part 9 arranged to the end part of the heat generating substance 1. The rigid structure 3, the heat generating substance 1, and the lead wire 5 are incorporated in a jacket body 4, a spacer holding plate 12 is located to the inside of the jacket 4, and a space part 7 is formed between the spacer holding plate 12 and the side of the rigid structure 3. A spacer 8 to regulate the size of the rigid structure 3 is removably arranged and the connection part 6 of the lead wire 5 connected to an electrode part 9 of the heat generating substance 1 is contained in a bent state in the space part 7 of the spacer 8.

    • PURPOSE:To effect a secondary radiation of infra-red ray through a wide area of a porous metallic plate by a method wherein a ceiling part in a heating chamber is provided with a radiation heat generating chamber partitioned by the porous metallic plate and a specific ceramic tube heater is fixed within the radiation heat generating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling part within a heating chamber 1 for storing food therein is provided with a radiation heat generating chamber 3 partitioned by a porous metallic plate 6. A hot air generating chamber 2 and a radiation heat generating chamber 3 are separated from the heating chamber 1 by porous metallic plates 5 and 6 for use in shielding any microwave. Both front and rear surfaces of the porous metallic plates 5 and 6 and an inner wall of the heating chamber 1 are covered by oxidization catalyst. A ceramic heater 7 fixed in the radiation heat generating chamber 3 is made such that a heater coil 71 is inserted into a tube 72. As the ceramic tube 72, a heat- resistant ceramic material is used and it is heated at a surface temperature of about 80 deg.C to 850 deg.C and used. The ceramic heater 7 is used by making substance with a coefficient of thermal expansion alpha=1.5 X 10 / deg.C or lower in order to improve an anti-heat shock into one which is baked to one having a moisture supplying rate of 3.6% or less.

An insulating part is formed to the outside of the heat generating body 1 and the insulating end part is securely contained in a state to press the rear end part against an inner corner part 11 of the spacer 8.

    • PURPOSE:To heat a thermo-contractive material uniformly, cause it to make uniform contraction, and achieve perfect tight contacting by wiring a ceramic coated heater wire on a film-shaped adhesive material in a specified pattern, thereby forming a film unit, and inserting between an adhesive layer and a thermo-contractive layer constituting the mentioned thermo-contractive material. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic coated heater wire 2 provided with a heat resistant ceramic layer 3 is adhered to a film-shaped adhesive material 1 in a specified pattern to form a film unit 6. This film unit 6 provided with heater pattern in the direction perpendicular to the thermo-contraction is installed between an adhesive layer 8 and thermo-contractive layer 9 of a thermo-contractive material 10. Thermo-contraction due to heating with current feed to the heater wire 2 generates movement in such a direction that the inter-heater pitch on the film unit 6 is going to narrow. Thereby the adhesive layer 8 and thermo- contractive layer 9 are heated uniformly, thermo-contracted, and put in tight contact uniformly with a pipe to be secured, etc.
