摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high frequency heating device in which herating utilizing surface waves and other heating can be simply executed. SOLUTION: A surface wave generating body is formed of a surface wave generating body main body 15 in which plural strips of standing members 14, 14,... are conductively installed on an upper surface of a base 13 of a conductuve flat plate, and an outer case 10 of ceramic to wholly enclose an upper surface, a lower surface, and side surfaces of the surface wave generating body main body 15 by an upper case 11 and a lover case 12 jointed with each other by binding agent 17, where an upper surface of the upper case 11 and a lower surface of the lower case 12 are set to be parallel to each other, with the base of the surface wave generating body main body 15 fixed to the lower surface side of inner parts of the lower case by elastic binding agent 16, and a circular protruded part 19 is provided on an outer circumferential part of the lower case 12 to form a mushroom-shaped circular recessed part 24 to be engaged with a rotary base 8, while a circular protruded part 18 is provided on an outer circumferential part of an upper surface of the upper case 11 to form a tray-shaped circular recessed part 23 of a similar size to that of the mushroom- shaped circular recessed part 24 in the lower case 12, so the outer case 10 can be turned over to be installed onto the rotary base 8, thereby heating by utilizing surface waves, and other heating can be simply changed between each other to be executed.

SOLUTION: A surface wave generating body is composed of a surface wave generating body main body 15 in which plural belt-like standing-up pieces 14, 14,... are conductively arranged on an upper surface of a conductive plate-made base 13 and a ceramic contour case which surrounds the whole surfaces of an upper surface, an under surface and a side surface of this surface wave generating body main body 15 by an upper case 11 and a lower case 12 joined together by an adhesive 17 and is formed so that the upper surface of the upper case 11 and the under surface of the lower case 12 become mutually parallel surfaces and in which the base 13 of the surface wave generating body main body 15 is fixed to the inside lower surface side of the lower case 12 by an elastic adhesive. Therefore, at a necessary time, the surface wave generating body 10 is arranged on a rotary stand 8, and heating using a surface wave can be easily performed only by placing frozen food on it, and an ordinary high frequency heating system having no surface wave generating body 10 can be formed as a device capable of performing surface wave heating.

SOLUTION: The frozen food thawing apparatus comprises a weighing scale 7 with a stabilized pan for measuring a weight of frozen food, temperature sensors 8, 9, 10 protruding from a surface of an article placing pan of the scale 7 and a controller for controlling a pressure reducing pump and a magnetron by fetching pieces of information of the sensors, a pressure sensor and the scale, thereby accurately measuring the weight of the food without tare during normal thawing operation without necessity of particular training. In this case, since a surface temperature can be simultaneously accurately measured, a final finishing temperature can be accurately controlled without labor hour.

Thus, the rear faces 3 of the reflector 1 can be heated at the equal temperature with a little energy consumption, and quick heating property is improved. Further, since the rib member 2 is serially connected to the reflection mirror rear faces 3 in crossover by a crossover trunk 9 or the cord heater 7 as plural units, the number of lead wires to be connected to reduced and workability is improved. As a result, the snow melting property is improved, the thermal distortion of the reflection mirror is prevented, and sharp image can be obtained.

When magnetrons 2, 3 are operated, surface wave is generated to the outer surface of the upper case 10, and the frozen food 17, 17... is heated. Powerful surface wave is generated by using the upper case 10 placed on the upper side, and this intensity is rapidly lowered away from the surface of the upper case 10, so that the upper case 10 is installed on the upper side in order to convergently heat the lower part of food, while thawing of the upper part of food is slow. When the lower case 11 is placed on the upper side, the intensity lowering of surface wave is gentle, and the food is heated properly up to the upper part.

Accordingly a heating using surface waves can be simply conducted only by setting the surface wave generating body 5 in the heating chamber and placing food thereon at the time applicable, and an ordinary high frequency heating device equipped with no surface wave generating body can be turned into a device which can conduct surface wave heating.
