    • PURPOSE:To completely automate working for a wafer by driving a motor for feeding a working table in the vertical direction by a previously programmed pulse quantity, and controlling the feeding quantity and feed speed in the vertical direction of the working table. CONSTITUTION:A working table 4 on which a wafer is placed is positioned in the x-axis and y-axis directions in a horizontal plane by the horizontal direction pulse motors 5 and 6, and a predetermined working point on the wafer surface is set directly under a horn. Then, the rising quantity of the working table 4 is controlled by applying a prescribed quantity of pulses to the vertical direction pulse motor 7, and a round groove is machined on the water surface by operating an ultrasonic working machine 10 which is constituted of a vibrator element 1, cone 2, horn 3, etc. The revolution angle, angular speed, etc., of each pulse motor 5, 6, 7, etc., are previously programmed through the conversion to the pulse quantity, repetitive pulse frequency, etc., by a controller. Since the revolution angle of each pulse motor is controlled by the preciously programmed pulse quantity, the working on the wafer surface can be automated.

    • PURPOSE:To have production of flat cables in good effectiveness by taking in the cable moving length and the moving length of a fusion attachment die both in the form of pulse signals, adding or subtracting the pulse signals according to the relative moving direction of the two, and measuring the fusion attachment pitch at an accuracy as high as the resolution for pulses. CONSTITUTION:When attainment of No.1 set value by a counter 11 a switch 10 on, a control unit 9 drives a motor 5, and after one hour a fusion attachment die 16 begins moving in the same direction in synchronization with motion of a cable FC. The speed of this die is sensed by a sensor 7 and fed to a synchronous comparator 19. At attainment of No.2 set value, a cylinder 17 pressed another die 17 to the cable so as to form a fusion attached part 2. Attainment of No.3 set value will moves the die 16 apart from the cable, returns to the original position, and resets the counter 11. Pulses in accordance with the moving length of the die is emitted and transmitted through a tacho generator 4 and a rotary encoder 3, while a calculator 12 makes calculator by the use of even pulse signals of a measure 6 and another rotary encoder 8, and the results are counted by the counter 11. Accordingly a high measuring accuracy can be maintained in a high-speed manufacturing line, and the approachability be enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To realize simplification of structure by mounting a cylindrical aluminum billets transport pallet, equipped with a manual stopper on the carrying out side, onto a slantly movable inclined stand and providing in a downstream of said stand an upper billet carrying out arm and a photoelectric switch. CONSTITUTION:After mounting a movable billets transport pallet 1, loaded with a tall pile of cylindrical billets 5, on an inclined stand 8 in a horizontal condition, a manual stopper 6 is unfastened to roll piled billets 5, then carrying out of the billets is started by means of an upper billets carrying out arm 7. Here the carrying out is detected by means of photoelectric switches 11, 11, while in the event billets are not carried out, the inclined stand 8 is slanted by means of an air cylinder 9 in response to a signal of no carrying out, then the billets are put in a condition easy to roll. In the event the carrying out can not be detected in this condition and even through use of the photoelectric switches, the inclined stand is returned to the horizontal condition to change the pallet on the basis of judgment that a tall pile of billets have been given out. Accordingly, not only the structure of the transport pallet can be simplified but also elevating and lowering operation of the pallet is eased.
