SOLUTION: A delivery operation mechanism for delivering a car to other floor is provided in the controller for the home elevator.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously suppress the time and labor of using a parking card and waiting time at the time of discharging a car from mechanical parking equipment and adjusting a charge at the time of leaving by the card in a parking lot, especially in the parking lot where the mechanical parking equipment is provided together with a self traveling parking lot. SOLUTION: In this parking lot management device, when the parking card 5 in which the time of entering the parking lot and the parking number of the mechanical parking equipment 9 or 11 are recorded is put into a charge adjusting machine 23, a garage leaving command is transmitted to the mechanical parking equipment 9 or 11 and the charge is adjusted. Thus, the entire parking lot is smoothly operated.
