摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an elevator for a detached house capable of carrying only a large-sized cargo and a heavy cargo efficiently. SOLUTION: A delivery operation mechanism for delivering a car to other floor is provided in the controller for the home elevator. Only an operation means is enough to be operated in an elevator hall 4 or 6 to carry only the cargo to a desired floor, even when a person is not allowed to get into the car loaded with the cargo such as a thick bedquilt or a furniture. When an operator moves to the desired floor intended to carry the cargo using a stair, the cargo arrives already thereby to be able to take the cargo out quickly by the operator without waiting the arrival of the car in the floor. Operation buttons 11, 13 used in common with a call registering button for calling the car are provided as the operation means, and a delivery operation and a calling operation are allowed to be discriminated in response to the length of time used to push-operate the operation buttons 11, 13 or a delivery registering button is allowed to be juxtaposed in the vicinity of the call registering button.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device using a one-tip microcomputer to safely control a drive device provided with a motor and a braking machine without depending on a watch dog timer. SOLUTION: In the control device to control the drive device provided with the motor and the braking machine to brake the motor using the one-tip microcomputer, a relay M to close a power supply of the motor is connected to a relay B to close the power supply of the braking machine via an output unit of an input/output register of the microcomputer 7 and a predetermined logical means so that the braking machine is not energized unless the register outputs the predetermined logical signal. For example, NOR elements 21 and 22 which are output buffers to drive coils 10 and 15B of the relays M and B are connected to terminals PA1 and PB1 of a separate register, respectively. Even when the one-tip microcomputer 7 is out of control, or the register is temporarily failed, any mistaken release of the braking machine is eliminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce a sensation of irritation in waiting passengers by letting an input-output unit supply a power source at the ordinary machine side, while constituting plural units of common power sources for such a case that the power source at the ordinary machine side gets out of order, and supplying it through an electronic switch. CONSTITUTION:Power supplying takes place in a range from a No. 1 machine power supply line MP1 to a common input-output unit CH and a common power supply line CP via a common power selector relay AC. When power out of the No. 1 machine is interrupted, the common power selector relay AC is opened, a relay BC is charged, and thereby common power is fed out of a second machine. A power circuit at the first machine side feeds power from the first machine power supply line MP1 to a first machine hall input-output unit 1H via a first machine power selector relay A. When a supply to a power supply line P1 is interrupted for some reason or other, the power selector relay A is opened and the contact point Aa is opened and Ab is closed instead. Thus, power is fed to the first machine hall input-output unit 1H from the common power supply line CP.
