SOLUTION: The remote information supervisory system comprises an elevator terminal 4 that supervises a state of the elevator 41, an equipment terminal 3 that supervises a state of the installed equipment 31, an image information terminal 5 that distributes information to an image display device 51 in a building and in an elevator cage, the communication unit 1 that transmits/receives supervisory information of the elevator terminal 4 and the equipment terminal 3 and display information of the image information terminal 5, a supervisory center 8 that supervises the elevator 41 and the installed equipment 31 via a telephone line and an information center 6 that transmits information via the telephone line 3. The elevator terminal 4, the equipment terminal 3 and the image information terminal 5 are connected by a communication line 2 and use the telephone line 2 in common.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator maintenance device which is adaptive to either new or old type elevator when the maintenance of a microcomputer control type elevator is performed. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an output interface 24 and an input interface 25 connected respectively to a keyboard interface 14 and a display interface 15 constituting the maintenance interface of an elevator control microcomputer 1, and a communication port 23 to which maintenance personal computer 3 is connected, and a communication input information inputted from the maintenance personal computer 3 is converted into an information similar to key input information for the keyboard interface 14 and the converted information is outputted to an elevator controller 1 through the output interface 24. Further, when information outputted from the display interface 15 is inputted through the input interface 25, this input information is converted to communication output information to the maintenance personal computer 3 and the converted information is outputted to the maintenance personal computer 3 through the communication port 23.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive escalator remote monitoring device capable of quickly restoring an escalator stopped by instantaneous power failures, without installing any exclusive power failure detecting relay. SOLUTION: This escalator remote monitoring device is constituted of a plurality of safety devices 11 for detecting occurrence of trouble on the operation of an escalator 1, a terminal unit 2 for monitoring the states of these safety devices 11 and the operating state of the escalator 1 through a control panel 10, and a monitoring center 4 for receiving information from the terminal unit 2 and processing it. Therefore, when the safety device 11 is not operated during the operation of the escalator 1 and the escalator 1 is stopped, the terminal unit 2 judges that the escalator 1 is stopped by instantaneous power failures, on the basis of an operating signal indicating that the escalator 1 is stopped and a signal indicating that the safety device 11 is in the normal state, and the judged result is informed to the monitoring center 4.
