摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a burner which enables a boiler to lower NOx with a simple structure and can be applied to a high load combustion with short flame. CONSTITUTION:The title low NOx burner is a round low NOx burner in which a gas nozzle hole 4 through which fuel gas is jetted radially is provided around a tip end of a round inner tube 1 whose tip end is closed, and a plate 3 by which air is jetted axially is provided between the tube 1 and a blast tube 2 rearward the gas nozzle hole 4. In this instance, the plate 3 with an opening through which air is jetted axially is located rearward the gas nozzle hole 4 and provided with a slit-shaped or V-shaped cutout or a number of fine round holes. Also, if a diameter of the gas nozzle hole 4 is set to be 1dg, a distance 1 between the centers of the plate 3 and the gas nozzle hole 4 is set 1/2 to less than 3dg. Length L of a protrusion of the blast tube 2 from the plate 3 is set to be more than 0 and less than 10dg. Further a squeeze or a small front plate which is larger than the inner diameter and smaller than that of the tube 2 is provided at the tip end of the inner tube 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a burner body-type boiler, wide in combustion range and turn down, stabilized in combustion and low in the noise thereof. CONSTITUTION:A part called as a burner is eliminated and an air supplier 2 and a fuel supplier 3 are provided at the upstream side of the group of water tubes to mix air and fuel in the group of water tubes or air and oxygen are premixed in the fuel supplier 3 to burn it, further, one layer or a plurality of stages of layers of combustion layers are provided in the group of water tubes in the direction of flow of gas to premix the fuel and supply it by distributing it into single or plurality of stages of fuel supplying tubes 3, arranged at the upstream side or in the group of water tubes, or the fuel and the air are supplied into the fuel supplying tube 3 to inject the mixture to the surface of the tube individually. Further, the group of water tubes, satisfying a formula L>=3D, P>=2D, and provided with projected parts on the outer surface of the water tube or the fuel supplying tube 3, is provided. In this case, L means a distance from the fuel supplying tube 3 of respective stages to a first stage water tube 1, P means the pitch of the group of water tubes and D means the diameter of the water tube or the fuel supplying tube 3.

At this time, even at the tube nested combustion part 2a in a first passage and even at its subsequent first contact tube group 2b and second contact tube group 2c in the second passage, a row of water tubes in a flowing direction of the combustion gas formed into one water tube panel is applied as a basic element and a group of proper number of collected water tubes in a width direction is applied as a basic module. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to provide a boiler capable of being freely designed in compliance with a mounting space which is allowed in the boiler.

Secondary air for combustion is introduced as combustion aid in a secondary combustion chamber 3 through an air injection part 5 as it is or completion combustion may be effected by O2 in combustion gas in such a way that high surplus air combustion through which oxygen concentration in a combustion product is at least 18% in a secondary burner 6 is executed.

CONSTITUTION:With an exhaust gas boiler of water tube type which has natural circulation type, horizontal hair pin-water tubes an exhaust has inlet 17, inlet damper 19 in the space of the lower section of a horizontally placed hair-pin type water tube section, and bypass damper 20 which makes the exhaust gas bypass to the partition wall section 16 in the boiler are provided. At the time of initial starting in the cold state the inlet damper 19 is fully closed and the bypass damper 20 is fully opened, and an exhaust heat boiler is started so as to make the exhaust gas pass to the side of the bypass. After this state is continued for 30 minutes to about one hour according to the magnitude of the exhaust heat boiler, the inlet damper 19 is fully opened and bypass damper 20 is fully closed to develop steam in the water tube in the state the same as the ordinary gas passing state.
