摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a burner which enables a boiler to lower NOx with a simple structure and can be applied to a high load combustion with short flame. CONSTITUTION:The title low NOx burner is a round low NOx burner in which a gas nozzle hole 4 through which fuel gas is jetted radially is provided around a tip end of a round inner tube 1 whose tip end is closed, and a plate 3 by which air is jetted axially is provided between the tube 1 and a blast tube 2 rearward the gas nozzle hole 4. In this instance, the plate 3 with an opening through which air is jetted axially is located rearward the gas nozzle hole 4 and provided with a slit-shaped or V-shaped cutout or a number of fine round holes. Also, if a diameter of the gas nozzle hole 4 is set to be 1dg, a distance 1 between the centers of the plate 3 and the gas nozzle hole 4 is set 1/2 to less than 3dg. Length L of a protrusion of the blast tube 2 from the plate 3 is set to be more than 0 and less than 10dg. Further a squeeze or a small front plate which is larger than the inner diameter and smaller than that of the tube 2 is provided at the tip end of the inner tube 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To maintain the temperature and pressure of a boiler at prescribed values by a method wherein the signal from a temperature detector and the signal from a steam-pressure regulator of the boiler are transmitted to a temperature-pressure increment regulator and from thence starting-stopping signals to a controller to start or stop a temperature/pressure- increasing device. CONSTITUTION:Temperature detection spots of boilers 11, 12 are set at points Lower 1 and Lower 2 both near their bottoms respectively. The signals therefrom are transmitted to temperature-pressure increment regulators 101, 102 and signals therefrom ordering starting or stopping are transmitted to a control board 9. For example, when, after stopping of the combustion, the temperature at the point Lower 1 has declined by 20-30 deg.C below Ts denoting the temperature during ordinary operation, the boiler at rest is fired again automatically for the maintenance of the hot temperature through control of the temperature-pressure increment regulator 101 and the control board 9. Upon recognition of arrival of the temperature and steam pressure at prescribed points, the temperature-pressure increment regulator sends a stop signal to an automatic temperature/pressure-increasing device or the burner 81 through the control board 9 to stop the combustion. By this method the temperature/ pressure-increasing operation of the boilers for their maintenance of temperature and pressure is automatically conducted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make uniform the temperature distribution and air ratio in the radial direction of the flame or combustion gas by removing the water tubes in the center for a fan shaped spread of flame blown out of a burner and removing the water tubes in the circumferential zone for the converging flame blown out of the burner. CONSTITUTION:A boiler has many water tubes 2 as its heat transfer surfaces. In this case with a group of water tubes 2 facing the blow-out port of a burner 1, the water tubes 2 in the central section are removed for a fan shaped spread of flame A in order to centralize the circumferential flame 4 to the central section and make easy the central mixing of the flame. On the other hand for the converging flame B the water tubes 2 in the outer circumferential section are removed in order to promote the mixing from the central section to the outer circumferential section. In this case, however, if it is expected that the water tubes 2 in the front row are overheated, a consideration is given to the design on the side of the water tubes 2. Further, the water tubes 2 from the first row to the second row or those from the first row to the fourth row are arranged in zip-zag or the pitch of going zip-zag that obstructs the flow of the combustion gas is provided and the mixing and dispersion in the radial direction are promoted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and facilitate a transportation, installation and an assembling by a method wherein a combustion gas flow passage is bent at an optional location in a horizontal direction and/or a vertical direction. At this time, even at the tube nested combustion part 2a in a first passage and even at its subsequent first contact tube group 2b and second contact tube group 2c in the second passage, a row of water tubes in a flowing direction of the combustion gas formed into one water tube panel is applied as a basic element and a group of proper number of collected water tubes in a width direction is applied as a basic module. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to provide a boiler capable of being freely designed in compliance with a mounting space which is allowed in the boiler.
