摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method for bonding a structure consisting of long aluminum profile especially for a railway rolling stock. CONSTITUTION:A pair of profiles to be bonded 1 and 2 are adhered together with a thermosetting adhesive 6 at their joint parts 5 and 8 and a soot welding 9 is applied on these joint parts 5 and 8 to bond both profiles 1 and 2 and then, the thermosetting adhesive 6 is cured by heating the profiles 1 and 2 at a specified temp. by means of a heating device provided on these profiles 1 and 2.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively absorb the impact energy in the collision of trains by mounting a plurality of longitudinally extended impact energy consuming beams on a car body part of an impact energy consuming zone determined between a frame for end construction frame and a load receiving frame. SOLUTION: A load receiving frame 16 is provided on a position adjacent to a cabin 13 at a position separated from a frame 27 for end construction by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction of a car body 11, and an impact energy consuming zone 17 is determined between the load receiving frame 16 and the frame 27 for end construction. A plurality of impact energy consuming zones 37-39 longitudinally horizontally extended and connected with the frame 27 for end construction and the load receiving frame 16 at both ends are erected on a car body part of the impact energy consuming zone 17. Whereby each impact energy consuming beam 37-39 is deformed by receiving the collision load from the frame 27 for end construction and the load receiving frame 16 from both sides in the longitudinal direction in the collision of trains, and absorbs the collision kinetic energy.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for a railroad car capable of adequate air-conditioning by uniformizing temperature distribution around a seating unit and reducing draft and stagnation which passengers feel. SOLUTION: Multiple first nozzles 17 are installed on a longitudinal duct 15 in the longitudinal direction of the car. The first nozzles 17 have slit shapes extending in the longitudinal direction of the car and is formed by creating an opening into a cross-direction of the car. Conditioned air led from an air conditioner to the longitudinal duct 15 is blown from the first nozzles 17 along a ceiling surface of the car chamber. Second nozzles 19 are installed on a lower part of a baggage rack 9. The second nozzles 19 have slit shapes extending in the longitudinal direction of the car and is formed by creating an opening into the lower part of the train. A part of conditioned air led to the longitudinal duct 15 is led to the second nozzles 19 via forked passages 21 and blown out of the second nozzles 19 along the side surfaces of the car chamber.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body structure for a railway vehicle of good soundproofing by reducing solid borne sound transmitted from vehicle outside into a passenger compartment and capable of reducing costs, and man-hours for attachment of an inner surface side member. SOLUTION: A structure body of the railway vehicle comprises an underframe, a side structure body, a roof structure body 4, and an end construction body. The roof structure body 4 is formed with aluminum extrusion and has a double skin structure. An adhesive layer 11 is formed on a passenger compartment side surface 4a of the roof structure body 4 and an elastic support member 12 (melamine resin elastic form) having good thermal insulation owing to the adhesive layer 11 is attached on the roof structure body 4. An adhesive layer 13 is formed on a passenger compartment side surface 12a of the elastic support member 12 and a ceiling panel 14 is attached on the elastic support member 12 by the adhesive layer 13. The ceiling panel 14, thereby, is vibro- isolative supported by the roof structure body 4 via the elastic support member 12.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the reduction of a room space, to omit or reduce an exclusive member for forming an air duct, to reduce the weight of a rolling stock, and rationalize its manufacture by providing the air duct of the structure of the railway rolling stock. SOLUTION: In a railway rolling stock 10, a room space is plotted by laying a lining plate 14 on the inner surface side of a structure 12 and a fluorescent lamp 18 is attached to the side wall part of the recessed part of a room ceiling. An air duct 24 for fresh air is formed in the structure 12 and thereby a protruding quantity into the room side is limited. An air duct forming member 32 is extended in the back and forth directions of the rolling stock 10 while its both side end parts are fixed to the structure 12 and a floor 26 and an air duct 34 for exhaustion from the structure 12 to the outside is formed between the inner surface side of the structure 12 and the upper surface side of the floor 26. Further, an air duct 36 for exhaustion into the structure close to and communicated with the air duct 34 is formed so as to be extended into the structure 12. Wind is caused to flow mainly through the structure inner side exhaustion air duct 36 in the structure 12 and the amount of wind equivalent to the shortage of wind occurring because of use of only the structure inside exhaustion air duct 36 is caused to flow through the air duct 34 for exhaustion from the structure 12 to the outside.

This active noise control device 5 is installed in the telephone corner in the mobile objections such as the train. The active noise control device 5 is constituted so as to be started up with the ON of a switch 6 which is activated by a telephone handset lifting signal detecting means 7 or by a telephone caller of the telephone corner detecting means 8.
