摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground member laying method and a tow member laid position correcting method which are preferable for laying a long underground member, for instance, correct the position of a tow member laid in a bored hole to a position coaxial with a scheduled center line, with precision and high accuracy irrespective of the accuracy of horizontal boring, improve the laying accuracy of the underground member, and shorten a construction period and reduce construction costs, and to provide an apparatus for correcting the laid position of the tow member. SOLUTION: There is provided an underground member laying method which is carried out by linearly boring the natural ground 1 between boring stations 3, 4 arranged in the natural ground 1, then laying a tow member 34 in the bored hole, and towing an underground member 39 via the tow member 34. A rod saw 21 is laid in the bored hole, which is moved for correction, from the bored hole to a scheduled center line 20. Then, the tow member 34 is laid on a position coaxial with the rod saw 21 assumed after the correction of the position. Thereafter, the underground member 39 is towed and laid via the tow member 34.

Among the joints of the lining elements 2, 3 inserted into the natural ground previously, a blocking member 27 is fitted in the joints 6, 9 fitted in the joint 10 of the lining element 3 to be inserted into the natural ground later in advance, and the blocking member 27 is pushed out by the joint 10 of the lining element 3 inserted therein later to replace the joint 10 of the lining element 3 inserted therein later with the blocking member 27. A shielding plate 30 for shielding a clearance 25 among mutually fitted joints is provided on outer faces of the joints 6, 9 of the lining elements 2, 3 inserted therein previously.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method capable of simplifying the piling work and shortening the execution time at site by engaging a connecting part of a pile top member comprising a connection port, with a pile top of a steel pipe pile with a clearance, filling the clearance with an adhesive agent, and hardening it. SOLUTION: A pile top member 11 comprising a connection member is manufactured in a factory or at site. The pile top member 11 comprises a coating part 13 to be engaged with a pile top of a steel pipe pile with a clearance 15, and at least one injection port 4 is formed. A bolt hole 3 for adjusting the clearance 15 is optionally formed for temporarily fixing a bolt. An end part 18 of the clearance 15 is sealed by the welding, mortar, a rubber O ring or the like to form a seal part 7. Then an adhesive agent 6 is injected into the clearance 15 from the injection port 4, and hardened. The viscosity of the adhesive agent 6 is below 20,000 mPa.s, and the adhesive agent is hardened by mixing a polymerization initiator and a hardening accelerator. Two agent-type cold hardenable acryl adhesive agent is preferred. Whereby the steel pipe pile and the pipe top member can be easily connected, and the execution time can be remarkably shortened.

In this case, bolt holes are drilled in the steel pipe 1 and the outer pipe joint steel pipe 2a, blind bolt fastening means 10 for keeping a constant gap between the steel pipe 1 and the joint steel pipe 2a are inserted from the outer side to these bolt holes and fastened, and deformed projections 11 are formed by tightly adhering them to the inner side of the steel pipe 1 and fixed. Next, butted portion by the steel pipes 1, 3 is sealed with a mastic elastic sealing material or the like on the job site thereby forming butt seal portion 8, the steel pipe 3 is fitted to the outer pipe joint steel pipe 2a, a gap 9b is made at that time, the gap 9b is filled up with the acrylic adhesive 4 from an inlet 7 and is hardened to obtain a coupled body of steel pipes.
