    • PURPOSE:To provide a water sprinking nozzle having a simple structure, obtaining rod shape water sprinking and wide-angle water sprinkling and suitable for the snow removing sprinkler of the rail point part of a railroad. CONSTITUTION:A water sprinkling nozzle is constituted of a nozzle base body 1 having a water passage 2 piercing therethrough, a nozzle main body 11 having the nozzle orifice 23 formed so that the diameter thereof is expanded from the water passage 2 and contracted on the leading end side thereof and communicating with the water passage 2 on the base end side thereof and a cylindrical cover 21 whose leading end opening part is contracted in diameter. A plurality of primary air orifices 4 opened toward the base end of the nozzle orifice 23 of the nozzle main body 11 in an almost tangential direction are opened to the nozzle base body 1. A plurality of secondary air orifices 29 opened in a revolving direction are formed to the cylindrical cover 21 and a breaker pin 27 is provided to the cover 21 in a protruding state. Therefore, pressure water is mixed with air by primary air streams and injected waterdrops become large. Water is expanded at a wide angle by the revolving streams of primary air and the waterdrop stream injected from the opening part of the cylindrical cover is instantaneously expanded and rod-shape water is formed by the breaker pin.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sprinkle water at a wide angle with a simple structure and a uniform water pressure. SOLUTION: This nozzle is provided with a base body 1, a nozzle main body 20 connected to the tip of the base body 1 and a nozzle hopper 30 connected to the tip of the main body 20. A water passage 2 is allowed to pierce the base body 1 in the axial direction. The base end side of the base body 1 is communicated with an air intake 10 opened in the outer face and plural air inlet holes 6 opened in the periphery of the water passage 2 are formed on the tip side. The diameter of the main body 20 on the base end side is made larger than that of the water passage 2 of the base body 1, the diameter on the tip side is decreased, and a circular-sectioned nozzle hole 24 communicating with the air inlet hole 6 is formed with the water passage 2 of the base body 1. The upper and lower parts of the nozzle hopper 30 are contracted from the base end side toward the tip side and expanded in the horizontal direction to form a flattened ejection opening 33.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a sprinkler nozzle which is simple in a structure, capable of injecting waterdrops having small diameter and proper for sprinkling of a field by forming a nozzle hole passing through a nozzle main body and forming the cross section thereof into a three or more sided figure. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle main body 1 is formed of metal or synthetic resin and a nozzle hole 2 through the nozzle main body 1 is provided. The nozzle hole 2 is formed of both a tapered part 3 of a nearly conical shape and a square part 4 respectively described below. The tapered part 3 is formed into a cylindrical shape in the base end side and shrunk toward the tip side until the middle part. The cross section of the square part 4 is formed into a triangle, a quadrilateral or the like to the aperture part of the tip from the tapered part 3. Since disturbance of water flow is easily caused thereby and injected water is splashed to as to be twined to the outside of water stream by air resistance, the nozzle lines are enlarged in comparison with a cross-sectional circle. Waterdrops having small diameter can be injected even at the low water pressure and necessary energy can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a tubular stirrer improving uniformity of compositions of a mixed fluid by improving the stirring and mixing effects in the tubing. CONSTITUTION:This stirrer has a spiral turbulent flow-generating board 23 integrated in the tube main body 22. Male screws 22a and 22b for integrating the tube main body 22 as a part of the tubing system are formed on the outer surface of both end parts of the tube main body 22. The turbulent flow- generating board 23 has a spiral shape formed with a long board having a size corresponding to the total length X inner diameter of the tube main body 22 by twisting the long board in the rotating direction along the axial direction. The stream mixed with liquid chemicals, etc., in the upstream side is divided into two parts by the turbulent flow-generating board 23 in the tube main body 22 and a rotating force is applied to the streams in traveling along one and another sides of the turbulent flow-generating board 23. The two rotating streams individually traveling along both sides of the turbulent flow-generating board 23 collide with each other at the place (in the downstream tubing) apart from the downstream end of the turbulent flowgenerating board 23. At that instant, a violent turbulent flow is generated to efficiently and uniformly stir and mix the liquid chemicals, etc., in the stream.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor by increasing the cleaning efficiency for road surfaces such as large-scale public footwalks and public squares. SOLUTION: A plurality of water spraying nozzles for spraying water under the condition that water sprays are projected upward from a road surface 1 by a feed water pressure are disposed on the road surface 1 at specified interval so that they can be extended and retracted. A drain water gutter 3 for collecting water sprayed from the water spraying nozzles 2 is provided along the road surface 1. A water storage tank 58 for storing water collected in the drain water gutter 3 is provided, a circulating feed water system collects the water sprayed from the water spraying nozzles 2 to the road surface 1 to the drain water gutter 3 and stores it in the water storage tank 58, and the water stored in the water storage tank 58 is fed to the water spraying nozzles 2 from a feed water pump 60. A cover floating from the road surface 1 at the time of spraying from the water spraying nozzles 2 is installed on the drain water gutter 3. Then a dust collecting cage is installed detachably in a drain inlet 45, and a dust collecting cage is installed detachably in the drain inlet 45.
