摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a water sprinking nozzle having a simple structure, obtaining rod shape water sprinking and wide-angle water sprinkling and suitable for the snow removing sprinkler of the rail point part of a railroad. CONSTITUTION:A water sprinkling nozzle is constituted of a nozzle base body 1 having a water passage 2 piercing therethrough, a nozzle main body 11 having the nozzle orifice 23 formed so that the diameter thereof is expanded from the water passage 2 and contracted on the leading end side thereof and communicating with the water passage 2 on the base end side thereof and a cylindrical cover 21 whose leading end opening part is contracted in diameter. A plurality of primary air orifices 4 opened toward the base end of the nozzle orifice 23 of the nozzle main body 11 in an almost tangential direction are opened to the nozzle base body 1. A plurality of secondary air orifices 29 opened in a revolving direction are formed to the cylindrical cover 21 and a breaker pin 27 is provided to the cover 21 in a protruding state. Therefore, pressure water is mixed with air by primary air streams and injected waterdrops become large. Water is expanded at a wide angle by the revolving streams of primary air and the waterdrop stream injected from the opening part of the cylindrical cover is instantaneously expanded and rod-shape water is formed by the breaker pin.

A heat source 6 is provided to the lower side inside the hollow bodies 4 having uneven level, and a heating medium 7 which is liquid in the normal temperature and turned to be gas when heated is enclosed in the hollow body 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a heater product suitable for use in snow melting and freezing prevention CONSTITUTION:A heating element 2 is formed by installing electrodes 3 at both ends of a vulcanized rubber sheet which uniformly contains 0.5-60wt.% carbon fibers based on the weight of the rubber, and arranging a heat resistant fiber cloth on one side or both sides of the rubber sheet. The heating element 2 is embedded in vulcanized rubber 5 to produce a heater product 1. At least one hollow pipe or a pipe-like cavity is arranged in the vicinity of the heating element. The heat resistant fiber cloth prevents the electrode from peeling off and protects the whole heating element. The hollow pipe or the pipe-like cavity absorbs heat stored inside the heater and releases it. The heater product is suitable especially for a heater for train rail point freezing prevention.
