摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic ground capable of obtaining a sufficient earth quake resistance for an existing underground structure in a narrow construction work irrespective of the use condition of the structure. SOLUTION: The aseismic ground is provided with a vertical ditch 12 excavated in the ground 25 so as to surround an existing underground structure 30 with a specified distance from the structure and a bag body 11 inserted in the vertical ditch and filled with a fluid. When the peripheral ground is displaced by an earthquake, the bag body is deformed to attenuate the displacement of the ground. Hence, an external force to be transmitted to the existing underground structure is reduced.

At the same time as an agitating process or after it, solidifying agent is injected into each cylindrically agitated liquefied layer 4a through the holes to form a plurality of cylindrical solidified bodies 22.

According to the constitution, the loading due to liquefied sediment can be prevented.

After the pile is penetrated down to a support layer 13, a filling material 15, such as sand, is charged as, with a bottom cover 3 opened, the drain pipe 1 is pulled off, and the surrounding of the support piles 9 is filled with the filling material 15. This causes a drain with a blade to be penetrated together with the support piles, and enables vertical vibration energy, produced during penetration, to be repeatedly exerted as a shearing force throughout a wide range of the upper sandy ground.

This causes the gap water to be collected in the pipe 1 during penetration of the pipe 1 to drain the water to a ground surface, resulting in the possibility to effectively propagate vertical vibration of the pipe 1 to the sandy ground to effectively compact the sandy ground.
