摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receptacle having a plurality of interconnected chambers. SOLUTION: The receptacles are manufactured to separate liquid from dried reagents and to maintain the stability of the dried reagents. An immiscible liquid, such as an oil, is included to control loading of process materials, facilitate mixing and reconstitution of dried reagents, control heating of reaction materials, concentrate solid support materials to prevent clogging of fluid connections, provide minimum volumes for fluid transfers, and to prevent process materials from sticking to chamber surfaces. The receptacles can be adapted for use in systems having a processing instrument that includes an actuator system for selectively moving fluid substances between chambers and a detector. The actuator system can be arranged to concentrate an analyte present in a sample. The detector is used to detect an optical signal emitted by the contents of the receptacle. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having a plurality of interconnected chambers. SOLUTION: The container is manufactured so as to isolate liquid from a dried reagent and maintain stability of the dried reagent. In order to control the loading of treatment material, facilitate blending and reconstitution of the dried reagent, control heating of reactive material, condense solid-phase support material to prevent fluid connections from clogging, and ensure a minimum volume for liquid transfer to prevent anchoring of the treatment material onto chamber surface, an immiscible liquid, such as oil, is added. The container is adaptable so as to be used by a system which has a processing device equipped with an actuator system for selectively-moving liquid material between the chamber and a detector. The actuator system can be arranged so as to condense any analysis object existed in sample. The detector can be used to detect light signal radiated by contents of the container. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a nucleic acid with a good sensitivity by using a nucleic acid probe containing a detectable label for a first and a second nucleic acid target regions, successively forming complexes of the nucleic acid probe and the nucleic acid regions and utilizing a difference in stability of the label. SOLUTION: A nucleic acid probe containing a detectable label for a first nucleic acid target region and a second nucleic acid target region is provided to form a first complex containing the nucleic acid probe and the first target region and a second complex containing the nucleic acid probe and the second target region is then formed (each label in both the complexes is different in stability). The first complex and the second complex are treated under conditions in which the stability of the label in the first complex is different from that of the label in the second complex to cause a difference in the ability so that the label can be detected in comparison of a case where the label is in the first complex and a case where the label is in the second complex in the label and use the difference in the stability of the label as a difference in the structure of the first and second target regions and detect the target nucleic acid with a good sensitivity.
