    • PURPOSE:To enable cutting in the back and forth, side-to-side and vertical directions, and also enable cutting and boring and the like as specified as well as to facilitate replacement of parts. CONSTITUTION:A disc shaped support plate 4 the outer circumferential surface of which acts as a cutting surface, is held between two sanding discs 2 and 3 which are arranged in the direction of a rotating axis while their cutting surfaces are directed outward, a projected tapered reamer 5 is mounted at the center of one sanding disc 2, and the tapered reamer 5, the sanding discs 2 and 3 and the support plate 4 are assembled together in the axial direction, so that a cutter 1 is thereby made up. A cordless TV camera is provided for the cutting and boring device. When boring for example, is to be performed, if a work is bored by the tapered reamer 5 first, vertical cutting can be made later by the upper and lower surfaces of the sanding discs 2 and 3, since cutting in the back and forth and lateral directions can be made by the outer circumferential surface of the support plate 4, even a non-circular hole can thereby be easily and accurately bored.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing a tubular lining material which is capable of furnishing the desired tubular lining material with ease by inflating a pressure tube to expand a plastic tube and a resin absorbent material into a shape of annular tube, causing the plastic tube to adhere closely to the resin absorbent material and heating them to be fused together. CONSTITUTION:A plastic tube 2 is prepared, an tubular resin absorbent material 1 is passed through within the plastic tube 2 and a highly airtight pressure tube 3 is inserted into the inside of the resin absorbent material 1. Compressed air is fed into the pressure tube 3 and thereupon, due to the pressure of air, the resin absorbent material 1 and the plastic tube 2 (a release sheet 4) are exposed into a shape of annular tube. Then, the inside of the resin absorbent material 1 is subjected to vacuum sucking, the plastic tube 2 (separate type sheet 4) is stuck closely to the outer circumferential face of the resin absorbent material 1. Thereafter, the plastic tube 2 is heated by a heater 9, molten and fused to together with the outer circumferential face of the resin absorbent material 1 successively, the surface of resin absorbent material 1 is coated with the plastic tube 2. Thus, the operations for coating the resin absorbent material 1 with plastic films and hermetically sealing the sutures of the resin absorbent material 1 can be rationalized according to this method.

    • PURPOSE:To reverse a strip like bag body with good workability using a small- sized device. CONSTITUTION:The flow passage 4 having a small cross-sectional area continued to a hermetically closed space S is formed and a strip like bag body 20 is inserted in the flow passage 4 through the valve 10 provided to the flow passage 4 and the reversal part of the strip like bag body 20 is allowed to face to the interior of the hermetically closed space S and compressed air is supplied into the hermetically closed space S while water is allowed to flow through the flow passage 4 under pressure higher than that of the compressed air. Since the hermetically closed space S is sealed with water whose pressure is higher than that of the compressed air, the size of a reversal device can be kept constant even when the internal pressure of the hermetically closed space S is changed different from a conventional method taking the balance of the pressure in the hermetically closed space S by head difference and the reversal device 1 can be made small and compact and workability is further enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To build a lining even to a steep slope or a huge or bent pipe, by a method wherein a setting robot is fitted with a pressure bag, which is inserted into a main pipe, impregnated with curing resin and fitted with a branch pipe lining material, to which a peeling tube is stuck temporarily, and the lining material is pressed against the inside of the pipe through the pressure bag and cured. CONSTITUTION:A setting robot 22 and pressure bag 23 are pulled into a main pipe 20. The inside of the pressure bag 23 is impregnated with curing resin, into which a branch lining material 15 to which a peeling tube 7 is stuck temporarily is inserted, the peeling tube 7 is fitted to a cup 29 of the pressure bag 23 and a setting arm 33 of the setting robot 22 is fitted with a collar part 4 of the peeling tube 7. Then the same is moved by ropes 25, 32 while monitoring a position by a television camera 37, compressed air is fed to the pressure bag 23 after positioning the lining material 15 is inserted into the branch pipe by inverting and pressed against an inner wall of the branch pipe. Then after cure of the lining material 15, the peeling tube 7 is peeled off and the pressure bag 23 is detached.

When the internal pressure P of the hermetically closed space S is raised, a strip like bag body 10 receives the internal pressure P to be successively reversed and, with the reversal of said bag body 10, the strip like bag body 10 before reversal arranged outside the container 2 is supplied into the container 2 to pass through the water in the container 2 and reaches the hermetically closed space S to be successively reversed.
