    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel structure reducing labor required for concrete panel manufacturing work, reducing the weight of a concrete panel and cost, and bearing shearing force caused by outer load as a composite concrete structure of the concrete panels and post-cast concrete. SOLUTION: The concrete panels 1, 1 are assembled on the predetermined low ground. In assembling, corresponding curved through-holes 2, 2 in the panel ends are allowed to butt each other, and a curved connecting steel bar 3 with thread ridges at both ends is inserted through the through-holes 2, 2. A threaded hole in one end of a nut 4 is screwed with each end of the connecting steel bar 3 and tightened to an anchor plate 5 to carry out bolt connection of the concrete panels 1, 1. A steel bar 6 is screwed with a threaded hole in the other end of the nut 4 to form an anchor reinforcement. A form is built up on the back side of the assembled concrete panels 1, 1, and reinforcements are disposed to place the post-cast concrete 7.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the working efficiency, by mutually connecting peripheral edges of a plurality of concrete panels and inserting steel bars into connection through holes of the panels and screwing nuts thereon and arranging reinforcements at the rear side face and placing post-cast concrete. SOLUTION: A concrete panel 1 is formed of a concrete panel body 2 and a frame body 3 of the four peripheral edges which are thicker than the panel body 1. And through holes 4 are bored at the right and left thick parts of the frame body 3. The corresponding through holes 4 of adjacent panels 1 are arranged to butt each other and a connecting steel bolt 5a is inserted in the holes and nuts 6 are put on both ends and screwed on anchor plates 7 to connect the panels with the bolts. Then, steel bars 5 are screwed in the screw holes of the other ends of the nuts 6 to arrange anchor rods and reinforcements are arranged at the rear side of the panels 1 and post-cast concrete is placed to construct an arched composite concrete structure. Accordingly, the panel can be lightened and the cost can be reduced.

The diameter-enlarging part enlarges the diameter of the connection fixing sleeve 5 by entering both diameter-enlarging wedges 8, 9 into the inside hole at the same time when a diameter-enlarging bolt 10 passing through one diameter-enlarging wedge 8 provided on both entrances of the inside hole and threaded to the screw portion 9b of the other diameter-enlarging wedge 9 is threaded to the screw portion 9b of the other diameter-enlarging wedge 9.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of construction work by temporarily assembling together a plurality of lining members into a ring shape for formation of a lining ring, enlarging the diameter of the lining ring to attach each lining member to the natural ground of a tunnel, and filling the joints of the lining members that adjoin to one another in the circumferential direction of the cover ring with a filler. SOLUTION: A plurality of lining members 2 are temporarily assembled into a ring shape inside the tail A of a tunnel excavator to form a ring (a). Next, the lining ring (a) is pushed out of the inside A of the tail of the tunnel excavator into a tunnel 1. Then a widening jack 6 is driven in its expanding direction to widen the lining ring (a) outwards to attach each lining member 2 to the natural ground of the tunnel 1. Then spaces (b) formed by driving of the widening jack 6 are filled with a filler 8. These processes are performed alternately with tunnel excavation to construct the overall length of the tunnel using the lining members 2. Thus the inner periphery of the inside of the tunnel can be lined efficiently and safely.
