    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a disinfection rate by which a specimen obtained by assuming a condition in which disinfection treatment is actually carried out can be formed, and which can evaluate the disinfection effects by a test model agreeing the actuality, when evaluating the disinfection effects by various kinds of disinfection devices or the like, to provide a method for transplanting fungi, to provide a method for measuring a transplanting and recovering rates of the fungi, to provide a fungi-transplanting system and to provide a system for measuring the disinfection rate.
      SOLUTION: The method for measuring the disinfection rate includes a fungi-transplanting step for transplanting the fungi by spraying a fungi liquid containing the fungi so as to contain a prescribed number of the fungi on a medium 13 for the transplantation, having air permeability by a compression-air atomizing device 11, a transplanted fungi-counting step for obtaining the number of the transplanted fungi transplanted on the medium for the transplantation, a disinfection treatment step for disinfecting the medium for the transplantation to which the fungi have been transplanted, a remaining fungi-recovering step for recovering the fungi remaining on the medium for the transplantation after the disinfection treatment, and a remaining fungi-counting step for measuring the number of the fungi after the culture by coating the fungi recovered from the medium for the transplantation on a medium for culture, to calculate the disinfection rate from the number of the transplanted fungi, and the number of the remaining fungi.
