    • PURPOSE:To integrally form a small beam, a pressure resistant plate, a large foundatin beam, and a slab, to save a labor required for construction, and to shorten a term of works, by a method wherein a small foundation beam made of precast, provided at its lower bottom surface with U-shaped connection reinforcement, at its side with cotters and connection reinforcement, and at its upper surface with cotters, is installed. CONSTITUTION:A small foundation beam A made of precast concrete incorprates main reinforcement 2 in a body 1, chip parts 3 are projected from the bottom surface, and U-shaped connection reinforcements 4 are projected therefrom. Cotters 5 are installed to the side of the body 1, connection reinforcements 6 are projected, and cotters 7 are installed to the top surface of the body 1. The chin parts 3 of the small beam A are placed on the upper surface of foundation levelling concrete B, and reinforcement for a large foundation beam D is made on the side, reinforcement for a pressure resistant plate C is effected, a form body is assembled, and concrete is placed therein. The small beam A is formed integrally with the pressure resistant plate C through the connection reinforcement 4, the small beam A with the large foundation beam D through the cutters 5, and the small beam A with a slab E through the cotters 5.
    • 目的:为了整体形成小梁,耐压板,大型桁架梁和板坯,以节省施工所需的劳动力和缩短工期,通过预制的小型地基梁 在其下底部设有U形连接加强件,其侧面带有开口和连接加强件,并在其上表面设有开口。 构成:由预制混凝土制成的小型基础梁A在主体1中加载主加固件2,芯片部件3从底面突出,并且U形连接加强件4从其突出。 棉条5安装在主体1的一侧,连接加强件6突出,并将开口7安装到主体1的顶面。小梁A的下颚部分3放置在基础平整的上表面 混凝土B和大型基础梁D的加强件在侧面制成,进行耐压板C的加强,组装成形体,混凝土放置在其中。 小梁A通过连接加强件4,具有大的基础梁D的小梁A通过切割器5和具有板坯E的小梁A通过开口5与压力板C一体地形成。

    • PURPOSE:To improve profitability by interposing a parallelogrammatic expansion frame at the intermediate part of a brace, and constructing this expansion frame in such a way as not to react to compressive force acting upon the brace cut to react only to tensile force. CONSTITUTION:Seismic force, wind force and thermal stress inputted into a building cause compressive force to act upon a brace 3. In a parallelogrammatic expansion frame B, a pair of relative pivotally fixed parts 5 are deformed in such a way as to approach by e1, and a pair of other pivotally fixed parts 5' move away from each other until the distance between them becomes l2 from l0 and horizontal members 6, 6' are mutually separated. When tensile force acts upon the brace material 3, only the relative pivotally fixed parts 5 move away by the fixed distance, and the relative pivotally fixed parts 5' approach by the fixed distance. In addition, one horizontal member 6 is metal- touched by the other horizontal member 6' so as to transmit the tensile force to the brace material 3.
