    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a GI type POF having excellent optical performance. SOLUTION: A core forming machine 25 is composed of a rotary polymerizer 27, a liquid infuser 28 or the like. A tumbler 32 housing a polymerizing container 19 is set inside the rotary polymerizer 27, with the temperature therein adjusted so that the temperature of the polymerizing container 19 becomes a polymerization temperature. Integrally with the tumbler 32, the polymerizing container 19 is rotated around the center axis. When the temperature of the polymerizing container 19 reaches the polymerization temperature, a mixed solution 24(α) of two or more kinds of polymerizable compounds is infused into the polymerizing container 19 for polymerization using the liquid infuser 28. With the liquid infusion and the polymerization repeated for multiple times, a core having a multiple layered structure is formed on the inner face of the polymerizing container 19. The core taken out from the polymerizing container 19 is inserted into a clad pipe (not shown) to form a preform (not shown).       SOLUTION: This large capacitative EL panel driving circuit 17 is equipped with a main circuit composed of a step-up transformer 11, a converter 12 connected to the step-up transformer 11, and an inverter 13 connected to the converter 12, and a control circuit composed of a load current detecting circuit 15 to detect a load current flowing in the large capacitative EL panel 17, a CPU 91 connected to the the load current detecting circuit 15, and a PWM control circuit 92 connected to the CPU 91. The output of the PWM control circuit 92 is connected to the inverter 13, and a reactor 14 is connected to the output side of the inverter 13 in this driving circuit.

      SOLUTION: In this detection method of the target compound, a test liquid containing the target compound is injected into magnetic body nanoparticle colloid solution having an average particle size of 50 nm or below, and the target compound in the test liquid and the magnetic body nanoparticles are coupled together to form magnetic body nanoparticle coupled bodies having the size of 100 nm or more, and a fluid dispersion containing the magnetic body nanoparticle coupled bodies is brought close to a magnetometric sensor comprising at least a magnetic resistance (MR) element and a permanent magnet, and a change of the magnetic resistance is measured, and hereby only the magnetic body nanoparticle coupled bodies are detected, to thereby detect the target compound indirectly.
