    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice making device capable of highly accurately and stably manufacturing and supplying an ice particle; and an ice particle blast device capable of supplying ice particle slurry of the accurate concentration in response to the supplied ice particle.
      SOLUTION: This ice particle blast device is composed of an ice maker 1 for rotatably inserting and journaling an auger screw 24 for spirally forming a cutting blade 23 inside a refrigerating casing 20 for installing an evaporator 21 on the outer periphery and discharging ice frozen on an inner wall surface of the refrigerating casing to the outside as a flaky ice particle 25 by shaving off the ice by the cutting blade; an ice particle mixing tank 2 for uniformly mixing the ice particle by an agitating propeller 17 by supplying the flaky ice particle from the ice maker and water from a water supply pipe 4 and maintaining the preset concentration by always measuring the concentration of the ice particle slurry 27 in the tank by an attached ice slurry concentration sensor 14; and an injection gun 11 for injecting the ice particle slurry of the proper concentration sent from the ice particle mixing tank 2 toward a workpiece surface.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that work efficiency is low and there is a fear of damaging a product because a projecting part 9 of film material 2 projected out from a peripheral edge of a base material 1 has to be manually removed for making a final product, in a film insert injection molding article wherein the film material 2 such as acrylic resin is stuck to the surface of the base material such as polypropylene resin.
      SOLUTION: The trimming device for the film insert molded article is composed of a high-pressure water producing device 3 to which water is supplied to the water supplying pipe 5 and producing high pressure water 8 of required pressure; and a jet nozzle 4 to which the high pressure water 8 is supplied from the high pressure water manufacturing device 3 by high pressure water conduit 7. The film insert molded article is taken out from a injection molding mold while the film material 2 is stuck to one surface so as to project out to the peripheral edge of the base material 1. The jet nozzle 4 is positioned on a film sticking surface side, and the high pressure water 8 is jetted from the jet nozzle 4 to a part near the peripheral edge of the base material 1. Thereby, the excessive film material 2 projected out from the peripheral edge of the base material 1 is removed by water pressure.

      SOLUTION: A pair of through-holes 2 is provided at the transversal opposed position of the pipe wall 9 of the ice slurry conduit 1 through which the ice slurry 8 passes and the leading end parts 4 of optical fibers 3 is embedded in the through-holes 2 while the other ends of the optical fibers 3 are connected to a light quantity judging unit 6. The concentration of the ice slurry 8 is measured on the basis of the light quantity data brought about by the optical fibers 3 in the light quantity judging unit 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which substitutes a conventional method with such disadvantages that in order to obtain a final finished product, a marginal part 9 of a film material 2 crowded out of the edges of a matrix 1, has to be manually separated/removed; this manual operation efficiency is low; and there are the possibilities of impairing the finished product, in the case of a film insert-injection molded object with the film material 2 such as an acrylic resin stuck to the surface of the matrix 1 such as a polypropylene resin.
      SOLUTION: In this method, an ice particle slurry of a desired consistency is injected to the peripheral vicinity of the matrix 1 using an jet gun positioned on the film sticking surface side, when the film insert-molded object is unloaded from an injection mold in such a state that the film material is crowded out onto the peripheral edge of the matrix 1, sticking to one side of the latter. Thus the excess film material crowded out from the peripheral edge of the matrix 1 is separated and removed by the impact of the ice particle slurry.

The particles and water are agitated and mixed, and the ice slurry is manufactured. Then, a material to be cleaned 7, which is a board, is fixed to the specified equipment of a cleaning chamber 9. The ice slurry is compressed and sent into an injecting nozzle 4 by a pump 5 from the ice-slurry manufacturing part 3. The ice slurry is injected toward the surface of the material to be cleaned 7 by the high- pressure gas sent from a high-pressure gas conduit 8. The impurities are formed on the plating applied on the material to be cleaned 7. Thus, the uniformity of the plasma ivadiation and the adjustment of the intensity can be achieved readily.
