    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluid having a low traction property, capable of reducing frictional resistance of a sliding part, or the like, and an engine oil containing the fluid.
      SOLUTION: It was found in the present invention that, when the fluid having the low traction property comprises a disk-like compound having a triazine structure represented by formula [1] (wherein X

As a result, when the engine oil containing the fluid having the low traction property is used for automobiles, and the like, improving effect on fuel consumption is obtained by decrease of frictional resistance, particularly under fluid lubricating conditions or elastic fluid lubricating conditions.
