摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent crack or damage by providing a projection inscribed with a hole of an opposite frame to a boss being a reference of a storage cell to avoid force delivered to the root of the boss due to temperature changes. CONSTITUTION:The projection 15 circumscribed with a hole 11 of a frame 9 is provided to a boss 10A being a reference of a storage cell 8. Bosses 10B, 10C of other storage cell 8 have a projection 12 horizontally and the boss 10B is formed to be escaped vertically so that the boss 10B is fitted even when the boss pitch of the storage cell 8 and the hole pitch of the opposite frame 9 are deviated and the boss 10C is used simply for mounting. The projection 15 is provided to the boss 10A being the reference of the storage cell 8 in this way to make the positioning accuracy accurate. Further, even when there is a change in size depending on the difference from materials used for the frame 9 and the storage cell 8, only the projection 15 receives force and the entire boss does not receive force. Thus, no crack damage is given to the boss 10A.

And also, the FPC is equipped with plural lands 8, and a head 2 is connected with the corresponding land 8 by a lead line 9. An R/W IC mounting part 10 is connected integrally with the tip of the land part 7, and an R/W IC 4 is mounted. The mounting part 10 is held on the back face of a supporting plate 11 by an adhesive strength in order to be parallel to the land part 7, and the IC 4 is adjacent to the head 2 so that the IC 4 can be difficult to be affected by a noise. Thus, the high capacity of a hard disk can be obtained, and the R/W IC can be mounted at the small actuator of 3.5 inch class.

CONSTITUTION:In one end of an arm block 5a to which a magnetic head 4 is fitted, a heat insulating material 7 composed of rubber or cork, etc., is fitted by adhesion, etc., and a coil 6a wound around a bobbin 60 is fitted to the heat insulating material 7. Since it is interrupted for the coil 6a by the heat insulating material 7 that heat is conducted to the block 5a, the heat of the coil 6a is dispersed to a whole enclosure 1 without heating the block 5a. Even when a large current flows to the coil 6a and a high-speed access is executed, the block 5a is not locally heated. Accordingly, the block 5a is not expanded and contracted by heating and the offtrack can be prevented.

As the result of this comparison, if the absolute value of A-B is larger than a prescribed value, the sampling time is shortened, and the increase of an off-track quantity at the vicinity of the next time t2 is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the effective space factor of a coil and to reduce the moment of inertia of a moving body by fixing a coil wound whose cross section passing through an arm shaft is almost a box shape to an arm opposite to a head with respect to the shaft and applying a magnetic field to three sides of the coil whose cross section is almost a box shape. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 31 is fixed to one tip of an arm 32 with respect to a rocking shaft 33. On the other hand, a coil 34 wound in which its cross section passing through the center of the rocking shaft 33 is almost a box shape is fixed to a position opposite to the arm 32 with respect to the rocking shaft 33, that is, a side opposite to the head 31 in diametrical direction. The arm 32 supporting the magnetic head 31 and the coil 34, that is, the entire moving body is weight-balanced so that the gravity center comes to the center of the rocking shaft 33. A magnetic circuit 35 is formed to be almost a box shape at a cross section passing through the center of the rocking shaft 33 so as to apply a magnetic field to three sides of the coil, that is, an upper side 34a, a lower side 34b and an outer side 34c. Thus, the effective space factor of the coil is enhanced, the balance of the moving body is kept and the moment of inertia of the moving body is reduced.

CONSTITUTION:For an arm 4', the abutting surfaces (A and B surfaces) are provided in two orthogonal directions (X and Y) for fitting a load spring 5. When the head assembly body is fitted to the arm 4', a spacer 10 is abutted to the abutting surfaces (the A and B surfaces) of the arm 4' and a screw 17 is fastened. The load spring 5 and spacer 10 are fixed and for the surfaces of the spacer 10 to be abutted on the A and B surfaces, a dimension is secured rather than the conventional surface. Thus, the head can be positioned without requiring the conventional jig and the cost for making the jig or man-hour for setting the jig is eliminated.
