摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the entering of the magnetic fluids scattered from a magnetic seal into a chamber where a recording medium is stored, by setting a bearing and then the magnetic seal to the axial direction of a rotary shaft from the welded side of the medium. CONSTITUTION:The bearings 7B and 7B set to a bearing 11 of a magnetic disk device are fixed with the inner sides of both bearings pressed into a rotary shaft 22A together with the outer sides of the bearings held between a holding metallic parts 29 fixed to the bearing 11 and a spring 12 respectively. A magnetic seal 6 is fixed between fixed areas of a bearing 7A and a rotor 23. In such a constitution, a magnetic fluid 6C which is restricted by a magnetic flux generated at the tip of a yoke 6B fixed to both sides of a magnet 6A can be cut off by the bearing 7A serving as a wall even if the fluid 6C is scattered toward an arrow Fl. While the fluid 6C scattered in the direction F2 is set at the side of a DC motor 23. Therefore it is prevented that the fluid 6C is scattered into a sealed chamber I .

摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformize an air gap magnetic flux density distribution by widely forming a high magnetic resistor corresponding to a cutout at a part separate from an intermediate stage yoke of a coil moving section. CONSTITUTION:A yoke structure 10 has an upper stage yoke 11, an intermediate stage yoke 12, a lower stage yoke 13, permanent magnets 21-22, and a movable coil 40 movable at the mole 12. The upper stage yoke and the yoke 12 are coupled by a first coupling yoke 14a at the rear face position of the structure 10, and the yokes 12, 13 are connected at a front face position by a second coupling yoke 15a. Accordingly, the front face positions of the yokes 11, 12 and the rear face positions of the yokes 12, 13 are cut out. Thus, the magnetic coupling of the coil 40 to a magnetic circuit is reduced, and a long magnetic path which arrives at the yokes 11, 13 is scarcely formed.

A magnetic field is interlinked to at least one side of the electric conductor 7, and driving force is generated to move the movable body 3 by applying current to the electric conductor 7. Thus, efficiency of utilization of the electric conductor 7 is heightened, leakage magnetic field is reduced and malfunction of the head is prevented.

摘要： 12 PURPOSE:To facilitate the reduction of a thickness of an actuator and to enable to simply laminate multiple stages by composing the actuator of a magnetic circuit having a pair of flat plate yokes and two pairs of flat plate permanent magnets, and air gaps formed with the yokes and the magnets, and a rectangular coil engaged with the air gap. CONSTITUTION:A pair of flat plate yokes 15, 15' are formed to confront each other, a pair of permanent magnets 16, 17 and 16', 17' are disposed at the respective confronting surfaces, thereby forming a pair of air gaps 18, 19. The directions of the poles of these permanent magnets are vertical to the confronting surface, the directions of the magnets 16, 16' and 17, 17' are reverse to each other, as, for example, in the direction of arrows. An annular coil 14 of approximately rectangular shape is inserted into the air gap, and is engaged with the air gaps 18, 19, thereby generating drive force. In this manner, the thickness can be readily reduced, and a plurality of actuator assemblies can be laminated, thereby improving the through-put of a magnetic disc device.

CONSTITUTION:Disc pack 1 where plural magnetic discs 2 are laminated through supports 3 is stored in casing 9, and spoiler 4' which has one end fixed to casing 9 and has the other end inserted between discs is provided, and air between discs is ejected toward the disc outside circumference by spoiler 4' when discs are rotated. Then, the air current ejected toward the outside circumference by spoiler 4' is formed in required directions on both side faces of disc pack 1 by the temperature characteristic in the casing, thus making the temperature of the air current uniform.
