摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic circuit structure for a disc apparatus which can be manufactured inexpensively. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit includes a main yoke 50 manufactured by layering a plurality of rolled steel plates 52 and caulking the plates each other. The magnetic circuit further includes an inner magnet 54 set to the main yoke 50, an outer magnet 56 and a side yoke 58. Both ends of the inner magnet 54 butt against a pair of step differences 51 formed in the main yoke 50 and both ends of the outer magnet 56 butt against a pair of step differences 53 formed in the main yoke 50. The inner magnet 54 is prevented from moving in a vertical direction owing to a pair of retainer plates 60, 62 fixed to the main yoke. Similarly, the outer magnet 56 is prevented from moving in a vertical direction by a pair of retainer plates 64, 66 fixed to the main yoke.

The support structure 1b of the bearing 2b gives a thrust pre-load between inner and outer wheels of the bearings 2b, 2a by loading a spring 6 and a spring retainer 8 in common use for a cover to the upper part of the structure 1b by a screw 9 or the like via a liner 7. The spring 6 consists of sets of springs 6a, 6b with different surging period. Thus, the deflection or spinning motion is prevented effectively.

SOLUTION: In the yoke 29 for voice coil motor, a first yoke member 31 is fitted with a first reference plane 35 of a supporting body 13. Thus the yoke member 31 is supported surely by the supporting body 13. At the same time, a second yoke member 32 can be fitted with a second reference plane 37 by a screw member 39 based on advance or retreat movement of the screw member 39. The second reference plane 37 is different from the first reference plane 35. Though a gap is formed between the second yoke member 32 and the second reference plane 37 based on a size error of the second yoke member 32, the second yoke member 32 is supported surely by the supporting body 13. Even if external force acts on the first and the second yoke members 31, 32, occurrence of vibration and noise is prevented in the first and the second yoke members 31, 32.
