摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance dimensional accuracy and to make it possible to surely insert and remove cartridges into and from housing racks and decks by means of an accessor, by constituting the frame structures of respective lockers of top plates and bases and sheet metal columns erected in the corner parts therebetween and welding and fixing the respective sheet metal columns to the top plates and bases from the inner sedes of the lockers. SOLUTION: Four pieces of the sheet metal columns 24 positioned and arranged at the corner parts between the top plate and the locker base 21 and others are welded and fixed to the top plate and the locker base 21 from the inner side of the locker 20. Then, the outward weld zones 26 of the locker 20 do not project and the outside surfaces of the frame structures are smoothed. The side plates covering the front and rear are made thin to diminish the spacings from the adjacently arranged lockers 20. Consequently, the housing efficiency is enhanced by lowering the installation areas of the respective lockers 20 and the dimensional accuracy of the frame structures can be enhanced by using the sheet metal columns. The operation of the accessor is made sure and the size of the entire apparatus can be reduced.

By energizing to the film 3 to be the heating body from the external power unit through the outer peripheral electrode 5a and the inner peripheral electrode 5b to raise the temperature of an information recording film 2 arranged in contact with the film 3 to be the heating body. Thus, the writing power of the rewrite type optical disk for which thermal write and thermal erase are fundamental processes is reduced, and information is stably written and erased even when the erasing time is shortened.
