Then, the simplification of the structure is made possible and in addition, either of the reference flag 60 or the diagnose cell structural body 61 is adjusted in its position, by which the easy execution of position adjustment of both is made possible. As a result, the sure execution of the error correction in an initial operation is made possible and the operation of the accessor is made sure.
