    • PURPOSE:To prevent printing force from decreasing due to thermal expansion in a boundary of adhesive layer of a permanent magnet coupling part based on the heat generation of a coil by coupling a yoke for holding the permanent magnet to a magnet base through a fixed coupling member. CONSTITUTION:A coupling member 11 is fixed to the periphery of a magnet base 1 and the periphery of a yoke 4 in a state that the lower and upper faces of a permanent magnet 3 are brought into contact with the other end of the magnet base 1 and the yoke 4, thereby coupling the magnet base 1 for holding the permanent magnet 3 to the yoke 4. The coupling member 11 is fixed by brazing 12. Thus, since the yoke 4 is coupled through the coupling member 11 and adhesive is not used, influence to the magnetic properties due to the thermal expansion of the adhesive can be eliminated to prevent a printing force from decreasing.

    • PURPOSE:To enable high speed printing and to minimize the abrasion of fulcrum by moving an armature from a first fulcrum to a second fulcrum as an armature is rocked by means of an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:When a current is fed to a coil 3-2 so as to excite an electromagnet 3, one end side 1c of an armature 1 is attracted by the electromagnet 3 and starts rocking in the direction of an arrow (a) around a first fulcrum P1. At a time point when the armature 1 arrives to a printing position shown by a dashed, line 1-1, the fulcrum of the armature 1 moves to a second point P2. A print wire 2 is interlocked with the rocking motion of said armature 1 to move in the direction of the arrow (a) thus performing the printing operation. Upon completion of printing operation, power supply to the coil 3-2 is interrupted to eliminate the magnetic force of the electromagnet 3, thereby the armature 1 starts rocking in the direction of an arrow (b) around the second fulcrum P2 and moves to the first fulcrum P1 when it is reset to the original non-printing position. Such rocking motion of the armature 1 causes reciprocal motion of the wire 2 in the direction of arrows (a), (b) thus performing the printing.
