    • PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion after bonding of a highly reliable pad and connecting lines which are not corroded by humidity by covering wire bonded pads on a semiconductor integrated circuit device with a moisture-proof resin. CONSTITUTION:A gold line 3 is thermally bonded at a temperature of 320-350 deg.C to the pads of semiconductor integrated circuit with a capillary and immediately after this bonding, a moisture-proof film is formed on the exposed pads of semiconductor integrated circuit. Namely, the operation cycle of this bonding is considerably high as 0.5-1sec. In synchronization with the operation cycle of this bonder, an injector 9 of moisture-proof resin measures the amount of moisture- proof resin and injects such amount to the one pad of semiconductor integrated circuit. The moisture-proof resin filled as mentioned above covers the pads of semiconductor integrated circuit and shields moisture coming from the outside through plastic mold. Thereby, the aluminum is protected and is not corroded.

      SOLUTION: This three-dimensional model display device is configured to prepare MinMaxBox surrounding a processing object component, and to define each vertex of the MinMaxBox as a start point, and to search a vertex vector as a direction vector from the connection vertex of each vertex to each vertex, and to check the intersection of the searched vertex vector with the other components, and not to display the processing object component when the vertex vectors of all the vertexes of the processing object component cross the other components. Thus, it is possible to specify the component which is not displayed among components configuring a three-dimensional model, and it is not necessary to perform at least any plotting processing concerning the specific component. Therefore, it is possible to improve plotting response.
