CONSTITUTION:The number of the setting logical link of each of respective data terminal equipment 10-1-10-n is controlled with making the plural data terminal equipment 10-1-10-n of a host 10 side into one group. When arbitrary data terminal equipment 10-j executes the incoming call of the connection request of the call from the terminal, it is judged whether or not the number of the setting link of the data terminal equipment 10-j exceeds the prescribed number, when the prescribed number is exceeded, the incoming call is rejected and the logical link is set by executing the incoming call from the host side to the terminal rejecting the incoming call from another data terminal equipment less in the number of the setting link, for example the data terminal equipment of which the number of the setting link is minimized. Thus, the number of the setting link is decided by the limit value (d) of the difference from the number of minimum logical links Nmin and relatively uniformed between the number of maximum setting links Nmax (= Nmim+d).

CONSTITUTION:A cash card reading circuit 13a of a system control part 13 reads a secret number, a bank code, an account number, etc. out of a cash card inserted by a customer under the control of a work distribution control part 12. The bank code is transferred to a secret information control part 14, and the part 14 refers to a control host table 14a by means of the bank code sent from the part 13. The table 14a specifies a control host and informs the code of the host to the part 13. Based on this host code, the part 13 connects a line to the control host. Then the control host processes the record, transmission, etc. of the secret information.

When communication request from other terminals come out like hosts A, B, A, D, C..., and communication request 1b becomes like a, b, a, d, c... during communication with the hosts A and B, the requests are stored in the opposite-side control buffer 14, and the communication control part 8 makes the communication request for the host A during communication set under the connectable condition in the exclusive circuit, and the communication requirement for the host B set under connectable conditions in the switching line by giving priority to the communication request for the host A.

Then a processing means 5 prints the amount of money to be transferred on the transfer form to issue a receipt slip and stores other parts of the transfer form in a storage part 6. Consequently, the staff's trouble and time can be reduced and shortened and the wait time of the customer is shortened to improve the service.
