When arbitrary data terminal equipment 10-j executes the incoming call of the connection request of the call from the terminal, it is judged whether or not the number of the setting link of the data terminal equipment 10-j exceeds the prescribed number, when the prescribed number is exceeded, the incoming call is rejected and the logical link is set by executing the incoming call from the host side to the terminal rejecting the incoming call from another data terminal equipment less in the number of the setting link, for example the data terminal equipment of which the number of the setting link is minimized. Thus, the number of the setting link is decided by the limit value (d) of the difference from the number of minimum logical links Nmin and relatively uniformed between the number of maximum setting links Nmax (= Nmim+d).

When communication request from other terminals come out like hosts A, B, A, D, C..., and communication request 1b becomes like a, b, a, d, c... during communication with the hosts A and B, the requests are stored in the opposite-side control buffer 14, and the communication control part 8 makes the communication request for the host A during communication set under the connectable condition in the exclusive circuit, and the communication requirement for the host B set under connectable conditions in the switching line by giving priority to the communication request for the host A.

An indicating means 4 matches the password numbers from the input means 1 and read means 2 with each other and sends the password number when they match each other to request transfer processing, thereby indicating the processing of the transfer form according to a response to that. Then a processing means 5 prints the amount of money to be transferred on the transfer form to issue a receipt slip and stores other parts of the transfer form in a storage part 6. Consequently, the staff's trouble and time can be reduced and shortened and the wait time of the customer is shortened to improve the service.

Therefore, when the first communication terminates, the communication from other terminals is excuted for the host A successively, and when the opposite-side control buffer 14 requests the communication with the host A, switching of connection is not executed, and its connection continues.
