SOLUTION: In this reducing valve for liquid which is provided with a relief valve mechanism part r for returning a secondary pressure to a set pressure by allowing liquid at the secondary side to escape to the outside when the secondary pressure exceeds the set pressure the relief valve mechanism part r is provided with a relief valve body chamber 32 formed so as to be communicated with the secondary side exist and a relief valve 6 and a guide part 9 arranged in the relief valve body chamber 32, and the relief valve is provided with a relief valve main body 6' equipped with a seal part 6a and a relief upper shaft 66 fixed to the axial upper part of the relief valve main body 6' so as to be extended, and the guide part is provided with a shaft guide hole 9b idly fit with a prescribed interval formed with the relief upper shaft and a valve seat 9a to be abutted on the seal part 6a of the relief valve main body. In this case, a relief valve energizing spring 4 for energizing the valve from the lower part to the upper part is arranged at the lower part of the relief valve.

    • PURPOSE:To keep a discharge rate constant by fitting a partition piston independently on a pressurizing piston to a shringe while forming a pressurizing chamber in respect to the pressurizing piston, making the partition piston descend interlockingly with the pressurizing piston, and keeping capacity of the pressurizing chamber constant irrespective of the position of the pressurizing piston. CONSTITUTION:A pressurizing piston 13 and a partition piston 27 are fitted into a shringe 12, while a pressurizing chamber 28 is formed in respect to the pressurizing piston 13. A constant rate of pressurized air is introduced into the pressurizing chamber 28 through an air pipe 25 from a control air supply device 37, and descends inside the pressurizing piston 13. Liquid agent 11 is dropped from a nozzle 12. The partition piston 27 keeps its stopping position by the operation of a unidirectional valve 35 of a control piston integrated with the partition piston 27. In the next cycle, air is intaken from the air pipe 25 by the control air supply device 37, and negative pressure is generated inside the pressurizing chamber 28. At this time, the pressurizing piston 13 does not ascend by surface tension of the liquid agent 11, while the partition piston 27 descends. Capacity of the pressurizing chamber 28 is kept constant.

Accordingly, the conversion chamber 15 turns to the high pressure side and the conversion chamber 14 to the low pressure side, and pressure fluid is introduced to a pressure chamber C2 and a pressure chamber C1 turns to release air and a piston P moves to the left.
