    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for diaphragm attaining a reliable bonding between a diaphragm rubber and a metal only with an adhesive without using a primer which is conventionally understood as indispensable, while maintaining desired preferable rubber characteristics required by diaphragm, and consequently having possibility of reducing cost. SOLUTION: The rubber composition used for bonding with a metal member (20) comprises a hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) having a middle high to high acrylonitrile content of 31-42 wt.%, sulfur and an organic peroxide used as vulcanizing agents, and an ester plasticizer, wherein the peroxide used as the vulcanizing agent is an α,α'-bis(tert-butylperoxy)-diisopropylbenzene and the ester plasticizer is an adipic acid ester.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping material which can be manufactured using a comparatively simpler mold and at a low price. SOLUTION: A clamping material body 1 is manufactured of at least one kind of rubber selected from among a styrene-butadiene rubber, an ethylene- propylene-diene three-dimensional polymer, an ethylene-propylene copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an acid component, a nitrile rubber, a hydrotreated nitrile rubber, a nitrile rubber obtained by copolymerizing an acid component, an ACM rubber, a fluororubber and a silicone rubber. In addition, a thermoplastic resin film 4 selected between a polyphenylene ether and a polyamide with an amino group at the terminal is bonded to the compression face 11 of the damping body 1 during vulcanizing the described rubber. Consequently, it is possible to effectively prevent the compression end face from being deviated when a load is applied to the damping body 11.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic cylinder device which is excellent in dust generation preventing effects and can be reduced in size (in particular, reduced in thickness). SOLUTION: A pneumatic cylinder device comprises a pair of bonnets 12 and 15, a pair of cylinders 22 and 25 arranged in the bonnets around the outer periphery of them, a piston 30 set in an internal space formed by the bonnets and cylinder, and two sheets of operating diaphragms 42 and 45 arranged so that they cover the surfaces of the piston opposed to each other. In this case, an engaged sliding part for relative movement of the cylinders 22 and 25 and piston 30 is formed in the device by either of the bonnets 12 and 15 and the piston 30. Also the outer peripheries of the operating diaphragms 42 and 45 are held by a set of bonnets 12 and 15 and the cylinders 22 and 25 adjacent to each other. One operating diaphragm is provided with a circular notch part on the inside, the inner peripheral part is fixed to one surface of the piston, and the piston is provided with a piston arm 33 for fixing. In addition, the cylinders and bonnets are provided with a notch part Q for stroke.

    • PURPOSE:To simultaneously control a plural number of passages by arranging a plural number of valve bodies concentrically, supporting them with a diaphragm in the floating state and attracting this plural number of the valve bodies simultaneously with a solenoid. CONSTITUTION:A disc type valve body 16 is positioned in a conversion chamber 14 and a circular type valve body 17 concentric with the valve body 16 in a conversion chamber 15 respectively, and each of the valve bodies 16 and 17 has perforated diaphragms 18 and 19 in one body on its respective peripheral part, and their peripheral beat parts 18a and 19a are sandwiched between split housings 11 and 12, and consequently, the valve bodies 16 and 17 are respectively supported in the floating state in the conversion chambers 14 and 15. Then, when a solenoid valve is electrified, the valve bodies 16, 17 are attracted, and the valve body 16 closes an exhaust port E2 and opens a pressure introduction port 20, and the valve body 17 closes a pressure introduction port 21 and opens an exhaust port E1.. Accordingly, the conversion chamber 14 turns to the high pressure side and the conversion chamber 15 turns to the low pressure side and the passages are reversed, pressure fluid is introduced to a pressure chamber C2, a pressure chamber C1 turns to release air and a piston P lowers.
