摘要： PURPOSE:To attain cost reduction based on the ease of assembling and to simplify the management of size by providing a slot restricting the width of a belt along the moving direction to a head carriage, positioning the fitting part of the belt in broadwise direction, then fixing it. CONSTITUTION:The broadwise direcion restricting slot 2b having a channel shape cross section is provided in a concaved way along the moving direction at both ends of the side face of the head carriage 2 and a fitting end 7a at both ends of the steel belt 7 wound on a pulley 6 is fitted. The fitting end 7a has screw fitting holes 7b, 10b to the fitting end 7a and a pressing member 10 of the steel belt and has the same width as the broadwise restricting slot 2b and a screw 11 is screwed to a screw hole 2d through the fitting holes 7b and 10b, then the fitting end 7a is fixed while pressing it to the bottom of the broadwise direction restricting slot 2d with the pressing member 10. While the steel belt 7 is positioned, it is fitted to the head carriage 2 and it has only to be fixed by the pressing member 10. then the assembling is executed easily.

CONSTITUTION:The steel belt 8 is fixed to the head carriage 3 while forming an elastic member in a form of nearly L-shape, a couple of the engagement members 11, 12 fitted to both ends of the steel belt 8 are used, engaging holes 11a, 12a of the engaging members 11, 12 are fitted to the engaging projection 13 formed incorporatedly with end faces 3b, 3c of the head carriage 3 orthogonal to the side face 3a. Since the steel belt 8 is fixed to the head carriage 3 in a proper form, a tension spring 11b supplies always a proper tension to the steel belt 8, the turning of a pulley 6 is delivered accurately as the sliding distance of the head carriage 3, and highly accurate scanning of the magnetic head 2 is attained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress the shift of an angle or height and to fix extremely accurately a spindle motor to the frame of a reproducing device by setting up a reference surface for prescribing the parallel degree and height of a sheet holding surface on a tool for setting the motor. CONSTITUTION:The 1st reference surface 44 to be the receiving surface of the reference surface of the frame 20 of the reproducing device and the 2nd reference surface 42 to be the receiving surface of a flange surface 34 of a rotary shaft of the motor are formed on the setting tool 40 of the spindle motor and these surfaces are worked with highly accurate parallel degree and height. At the fitting of the motor, the positioning pins 24, 26 of the frame 20 are engaged with the positioning pins 41, 43, so that the relative positions of both the frame 20 and tool 40 are precisely set up. Then, a motor rotary shaft 32 is fitted in a reference hole 47 and fixed with prescribed adhesives 50. Therefore, mounting errors such as the shift of the angle or height of the sheet and the head are suppressed and the motor 30 can be fixed highly accurately.

摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize the title optical system by using a lens whose back- focal distance is short for the image forming optical system by providing an optical low-pass filter in front of the lens system or in its vicinity. CONSTITUTION:On an optical axis 16 in front of a front lens group 20, a diaphragm 24 is provided, and also, in its front, an optical low-pass filter 26 is provided. As for the low-pass filter 26, for instance, that which has dispersed minute grains of transparent materials whose refractive indexes are different into a plate of a transparent resin material is used. The low-pass filter 26 eliminates a component of a picture pattern having a spatial frequency being substantially higher than a spatial frequency of a segment array of a color separation filter 12 among incident light beams which are made incident on this filter 26 from a field on the optical axis 16. In such a way, a lens whose flange-focal distance is short, for instance, of a telephoto type, etc., can be used, and also, with regard to the optical low-pass filter, as well, that of a small shape can be used, therefore, the whole image forming optical system can be made small in size and light in weight.

A control plate 25 is put into the hole 24, an hook parts 25a and 25b are protruded at the upper side part of the plate 25. Then the plate 25 is positioned and fixed by means of a tool and an adhesive so that the lower surface side of the plate 25 has the prescribed height to both surfaces 22a and 22b.

Since the needle 16 is inclined in accordance with the angle of torsion of the screw part 5, a needle holder 14 is joined without useless slag. Since the scanning arm 10 is driven and guided only by one lead screw shaft 2, the scanning accuracy of the magnetic head 17 can be improved with the small-sized and cost-saved constitution.

Then conductivity is provided to a slide face 8b by forming a metallic powder layer 11, and the plate is connected electrically to a case frame 1 by fitting an earthing metal strip 12 to a regulating plate holder 10. Thus, the charging between the magnetic sheet 4 and the regulating plate 8 is prevented and the adsorption of the magnetic sheet 4 to the regulating plate 8 and destruction due to discharge of recorded information are eliminated. Since the plate is manufactured by plastic injection molding, the plate is manufactured with mass-production.

CONSTITUTION:Since both ends of the steel belt 8 are fixed to the head carriage 2 by one locking member 9, the locking member 9 plas a role of a lock and the steel belt 8 is fixed to the head carriage 2 in a proper state without deformation and elongation. A proper tension is given always to the steel belt 8, the turning angle of the pulley 6 is delivered accurately as the slide distance of the head carriage 2 and highly accurate scanning of the magnetic head 3 is attained. Since the slide resistance is obtained by pressing the locking member 9 into contact with the guide plate 11 provided to the frame, the magnetic head 3 is not rocked, smooth scanning is attained and an error in the azimuth angle of the magnetic head 3 is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:The tip of the 2nd plate spring 30 folded at a right angle and formed incorporatedly to the 1st plate spring 16 is pressed into contact onto a pedestal 14 so as to energize the spring force to the 1st plate spring 16 in a way that the magnetic head 22 is pushed to the center of a screw 17 to the magnetic sheet. Then a nut 32 fixed to the 2nd plate spring 30 locks a head 33 of a projected amount adjusting screw 31 fitted freely to the pedestal 14 by means of the spring force of the 2nd plate spring 30. Thus, in turning the projected amount adjusting screw 31, the magnetic head 22 is turned vertically around the screw 17 and the projected amount of the magnetic head 22 to the magnetic sheet is adjusted optionally.
