摘要： PURPOSE:To adjust the distortion of a center azimuth precisely by forming circular holes on positions corresponding to a guiding long hole engaging with a guide pin with play, a sender distortion adjusting long hole and an azimuth distortion adjusting long hole on a head holder. CONSTITUTION:The head holder 48 to which a magnetic head 46 is fitted is constituted of a plate-like material folded like L-shape and fitted to the lower surface of a head carriage 42. The guide pin 50 is projected to the lower surface of the head carriage 42 and a fitting screw hole 52 is formed also on the lower surface. The center distortion adjusting long hole 54 is formed on the head carriage 42 in the moving direction of the carriage 42 and the azimuth distortion adjusting long hole 56 is formed in the direction rectangular to the moving direction of the carriage 42. The guiding long hole 58 is formed on the head holder 48 in the direction rectangular to the moving direction of the head carriage 42 and the guide pin 50 is engaged with the long hole 58 with play.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a precise device which eliminates the need for installation space by providing a speed reducing mechanism which uses a planetary gear mechanism between a rotary driving source and a head carriage and a rotary- linear motion converting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The planetary gear speed reducing mechanism transmits the rotation of a stepping motor 12 from a pinion 22 to the planetary gears 26, which engage the pinion 22 and a fixed internal gear 24 to rotate around the pinion while rotating on their axes, thereby rotating a retainer 34. Planetary gears 32 while rotating on their axes rotate around the pinion through the retainer 34 to transmit the rotation to a rotary internal gear 28 while reducing the speed. The external gear 40 of the gear 28 engages a sector gear 44. The rotary-linear motion converting mechanism rotates a gear 44 together with the external gear 40, and the head carriage 14 is linked to the gear 44 through a steel belt 48 to perform comversion to linear movement. Consequently, the turning force of the motor 12 is reduced in speed at a high speed reduction ratio through the planetary gear mechanism. The reduced turning force moves the head carriage 14, track by track, by the rotatary-linear motion converting mechanism along a guide bar 18.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily adjust the projection quantity of a magnetic head among five adjustment quantities by fitting the magnetic head to the tip part of an arm having cantilever structure for a head carriage, and bringing a pressure member into contact with the tip part of the arm and adjusting the projection quantity. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic head 46 is fitted to the head carriage 42 through a head holder 74. The head holder consists of a substrate 76 and the arm 78 having nearly L-shaped cantilever structure. A rectangular fitting plate 80 is provided to the other terminal of the arm 78, and a screw 84 for fitting the magnetic head is screwed into a screw hole 82 to fit the magnetic head 46 to the fitting plate 80 of the arm 78. An adjusting screw 88 is screwed into the screw hole 86 of the substrate 76. The adjusting screw 88 abuts on the lower edge of the fitting plate 80 to move up and down the fitting plate 80 by utilizing the elastic deformation of the arm 78, adjusting the projection quantity of the magnetic head 46.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a scanning device smaller and improve scanning and location accuracies of a magnetic disk by using a single shaft as driving and guide shafts. CONSTITUTION:An arm driving guide shaft 14 is connected to an end of a driving motor 12, the other of the shaft 14 is rotatably supported by a frame 11 and a leading screw is formed in the shaft 14. A sliding guide 19 is formed at both ends of a scanning arm 18 provided with a magnetic head 17, and the guide 19 is slidably jointed to a bearing bush 16. The scanning arm 18 not only can move on the shaft 14 along the bush 16 but also can swing. A needled 24 is pressed down to a screw groove of a screw 15 by a flat spring 21. When the guide shaft 13 rotates by operation of the motor 12, the scanning arm 18 scans and moves in the shaft direction of the bush 16 by the needle 24. An adjusting screw 33 rocks the arm 18, and clearance between a magnetic disk 26 and the magnetic head 17 is set. Rocking of the arm 18 due to the adoption of a single shaft is prevented by steel balls 29 and 30.

When the guide shaft 14 rotates together with the bearing bush 16 after the motor 12 is started, the scanning arm 18 is moved along the axial direction of the bearing bush 16 while scanning by means of a needle 22 engaged with a lead screw section 15. Moreover, to position the magnetic head 17 to the magnetic disk 26, a pair of steel balls 29 and 30 respectively contacting with a pair of guide faces 27 and 29 formed on the frame 11 sandwiching a guide section 19 are held by the scanning arm 18.

The movement of the magnetic head 12 by one step during two turns sheet of the magnetic sheet 102 causes a video signal for one frame's share to be recorded on 2 tracks or reproduced.
