SOLUTION: This heat developable photographic mateal contains the reducible silver salt, the reducing agent, the binder, and at least one kind of compound represented by formula I and the organic acid compound represented buy formula II. In formula I, R is a univalent substituting; and (m) is 1, 2, 3, or 4, and when (m) is >=2, plural G may be same or different, and when plural G are adjacent, they may combine with each other to form an aliphatic or aromatic or hetero ring. In formula II, A is a mono- or poly-cyclic aromatic ring; Y is a -COOH or -SO2 H or -SO3 H group; and (n) is 1 or 2, thus permitting the obtained heat developable photographic material to be high in image density and freed of deterioration image density by raw stock storage and superior in image storage stability.
