    • PURPOSE:To obtain the dropping type fountain device which is free from splashing of water drops from a water receiving plate by forming the part where water drops fall to a slope of the shape opened in the angle of inclination at 60 to 80 deg. with horizontal. CONSTITUTION:The water drops from a falling port of an upper tray 1 are reflected to the slope of the falling point part 4 of the water receiving plate 2 and are bounced to the inner side of the water receiving plate 2 as shown by dotted line 5, by which the splashing of the water drops falling from the upper tray 1 to the outside is prevented even if the dropping type fountain device is installed in a room. It is empirically ascertained that the length of the slope of the falling point part 4 of the water receiving plate 2 is sufficient at about 3cm with the dropping type fountain device of the above-mentioned structure having 44.5cm size from the falling port of the upper tray 1 up to the water receiving plate 2.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of a molding machine having high injection pressure even in case of a molded piece having a relatively complicate shape and a large size, and to obviate a defect such as air voids, pinholes or the like in a molded product by providing a plurality of gates communicating with the air gap of a sealed molding die according to the injection amount of mixed resin and the shape of the air gap, and simultaneously injecting the resin from the machine into the air gap through a distributor. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing material such as glass fiber is filled in advance in air gaps 5 formed between an outer mold made of upper and lower molds 2, 3 and a telescopic mold 4. When the valve of a distributor 11 is opened in this state and mixed resin in which thermosetting liquid resin is mixed with a curing agent is fed from an injection machine 13 to the distributor 11, the resin is supplied from nozzles 8,... through pipes 9,... and gates 6,... into the gaps 4. The portions of air in the gaps 5 are discharged through air vent holes 7,... to the exterior by supplying the resin into the gaps 5. The supply of the resin is stopped in a state that the resin is filled in the gaps 5, the molds 2, 3 are removed in a state that the resin is solidified by reaction curing, thereby completing an FRP molded piece.

    • PURPOSE: To substitute the air in a mold contained among sand particles and perform casting by enveloping the entire part of the mold with a bag of a gas impermeable film, and flowing an inert gas through the small holes in a sprue part and a riser part through the opening part of the bag.
      CONSTITUTION: A bag 10 made of a film which prohibits permeation of gases is put on a mold 1 by leaving a clearance 13. The circumferences of a sprue part 5 and a riser part 6 are affixed to the film by means of a glue material 11. Further, a pouring bush 7 is affixed on the film above the part 5 and a riser mold 8 above the part 6 respectively by means of a a glue material 12 to provide sealing. Thence, small holes 15, 16 are provided in the film in the places of the sprue part and the riser part, respectively. The opening part 14 of the bag 10 is throttled and an inert gas is flowed into the bag 10 through a regulator 21 from an inert gas cylinder 20 at suitable pressure and flow rate and is flowed out through the holes 15, 16 to substitute the air in the mold. Thence, while the inert gas is kept flowed into the mold 1, casting work is carried out.
