摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasifier whereby valuable metals can be simply recovered from composite material articles such as waste household electric appliances, and iron or copper of good purity can be recovered at high efficiency. SOLUTION: There is provided a gasifier for gasifying the combustibles in an article 2 composed of a composite material containing a plastic and a metal in an oxygen-free or low-oxygen high-temperature atmosphere after or without crushing the article 2, wherein low-air-radio burners 3 and 4 used to burn part of the gases produced as a result of the gasification of the article in the gasifier in a reducing atmosphere are provided on the top and/or bottom of the gasifier 1. Each burner is suitably one having an ejector structure which sucks the gases formed as a result of the gasification by the action of sucked combustion air or has a structure in which the tar 8 accumulated on the bottom of the gasifier can be burned in a low air ratio or a structure in which the tar is burned in such a manner that the waste gasses 9 formed when the gases formed as a result of the gasification in the gasifier is burned or air is blown into the tar.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating waste composite material in which volatile gas such as fluorocarbon is not dissipated in the air, explosion by generated gas is prevented, and also metals can be recovered without being oxidized. SOLUTION: Combustible containing waste composite material 14 is crushed by a crusher 1 without releasing volatile gas in the air, and also metals are recovered from the crushed composite material almost without being oxidized. In this treating method, the crushed composite material 14 is fed into a rotary kiln type gasfication furnace 2 provided with a low oxygen burner 10 to gasify combustibles in the crushed composite material 14, and also while a part of the generated gas is always burned in the gasification furnace 2, temperature is kept at 1,000 deg.C or lower at an outlet of the gasification furnace 2. Next, in a gas combustion furnace 3 connected to the gasification furnace 2, combustible gas from the gasification furnace 2 is burned at 1,000 deg.C or higher using gas containing volatile gas from the crusher 1 as combustion air. The combustion air for the gas combustion furnace 3 is preferably a part 18 of air 16 subjected to dust collecting treatment by a cyclone 5 and a filter 6 and recycled in a crusher 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent exhaustion of unburned gas from a flue and to improve a thermal efficiency by forming a collision agitating region of combustion air by colliding the air, setting deviation of a fuel supply amount to a specific range of set value to inject the fuel in parallel with an injecting direction of the air, and causing the fuel to burn. SOLUTION: Burners B1-1 to B6-2 have a combustion air supply passage having a combustion air jet port 11 and a fuel supply passage having a plurality of fuel jet ports 19 substantially equally and substantially equally divided and distributed on a substantially concentric circle, with the port at a position of 1.4 to 4.0 times as large as a combustion air supply port diameter at the outside of the port 11. The burners B1-1 to B6-2 are arranged opposed to a furnace wall 3 so that portions of the port 11 are superposed with each other, and the airs are made to undergo collisions with each other to form a collision agitating area of the air. The fuel is injected at its deviation of the each fuel supply amount, in parallel with an injecting direction of the air toward the agitating region within 20% or below of a set value and burned.
