The connection composition method of data and the connection composing program include a step for determining the relative position of each point where a duplication point is overlapped most excellently based on temperature data at each point on the duplication point, and a step for creating one temperature distribution file acquired by connecting and composing the temperature distribution file in each block on the determined relative position.
