    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce measurement errors due to sneak current at a waterproof plate part of a current measuring device of a fuel cell of a structure, having the waterproof plate part arranged between a current sensor plate and cells.
      SOLUTION: A current measurement control part controlling the current sensor plate 21 is made to execute the following processes: to output direction signals from a calculation part of the current measurement control part to a current supply part, to the effect that a current of a given size is to be passed to a region corresponding to each current sensor of the waterproof plate part when the cell is not generating power; to assign a measurement value of each current sensor, when a current is passed to each region of the waterproof plate part and a current volume impressed to a relational expression of the measured currents and sneak-in currents, and calculate a ratio of plane resistance to a lamination direction resistance; and then to calculate the current volume of each measurement region of the cell based on measurement value measured by each current sensor and the calculated ratio of the surface resistance to lamination direction resistance, when the cell is generating power.
