A core 110 (especially a tube 111) can be prevented from being damaged, without securing an enough crevice between a shroud 310 and radiator 100 (the core 110).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dimension from a radiator to an electric motor (fan shaft dimension) along the flow of cooling air. SOLUTION: A front end panel 400 is formed by aluminum die-casting, and a motor 300 is disposed at a position deviating from the center of rotation of a fan 200 to drive the fan 200 via a belt 310. As a result, the fan shaft dimension can be reduced, and the thermal damage to the motor 300 can be prevented. Further, since the panel 400 is formed by aluminum die-casting, such problems as the strength shortage of the panel 400 against the tension force of the belt 310 and the deterioration with age of the panel 400 (creep deformation) do not arise, and a sufficient tension force can be continuously secured. Therefore, the reliability (durability) of the panel 400 can be improved.

SOLUTION: An air duct 441 constituting an air passage 440 extending from the headlight 500 side to a blower 300 is provided, and the headlight 500 is fixedly assembled to a panel 400 so that a light controller 550 is positioned at an air lead-in port 442 of the air duct 441 (the air passage 440). Consequently, the light controller 550 can be forcibly air-cooled by the air sucked into the air passage 440 by operating the blower 300. Since the light controller 550 can thus be sufficiently cooled, the heat resisting temperature of electrical parts such as IC chips and a board for the light controller 550 can be lowered, and the light controller 550 can be miniaturized.
