摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor in which the area of a region occupied by a terminal row can be reduced.SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor 10 includes: a substrate 11; plural transparent conductive patterns 13 and 14 provided on the substrate 11; a terminal row 17 including plural terminal parts provided on the substrate 11; and plural lead-out conductive patterns 15 provided on the substrate 11. Each terminal part of the terminal row 17 is aligned in an x direction and extends in a y direction orthogonal to the x direction. The plural terminal parts of the terminal row 17 include first terminal parts 20 and second terminal parts 30 aligned alternately in the x direction. The terminal parts 20 and 30 include expansion portions 22 and 32, respectively, having a width wider than that of the lead-out conductive patterns 15. The expansion portions 22 and 32 are arranged so as not to overlap each other when viewed in the x direction and the y direction.
