    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter having a resistive film type touch panel function, capable of being manufactured at low cost.
      SOLUTION: The color filter 10 includes a base material 11 for the color filter, a black matrix layer 12 disposed on a surface 11b on the side of a TFT substrate 50 of the base material 11 for the color filter, colored layers 13a, 13b and 13c disposed between black matrix layers 12, a plurality of columnar projections 14 disposed on the black matrix layers 12, and transparent electrode layers 17 disposed so as to cover the black matrix layers 12, colored layers 13a, 13b and 13c, and columnar projections 14. A projection electrode 20 corresponding to an electrode 51 for position detection of the TFT substrate 50 is formed of the columnar projections 14 and transparent electrode layers 17 on the columnar projections 14. The columnar spacers 14 are formed by stacking the colored layers 13a, 13b and 13c.
