This results in a larger thrust area of the thrust member 60 relative to the reinforcements 12a and 12b compared with the conventional one, thereby stably fixing the reinforcements 12a and 12b with relatively small tightening torque, and also results in smaller deformation of the reinforcements 12a and 12b, thereby preventing the tensile load of the reinforcements 12a and 12b from being impaired due to the tightening of the tightening bolt 58.
