The fitting hole 52a has an internal thread 52d which is formed on its opening-side inner circumferential surface, and a receiving surface 52e which is formed on its bottom-side inner circumferential surface away from the internal thread 52d by a predetermined distance and receives the proximal end 50f so as to be pivoted. Therefore, even if skid of the reinforcing-bar 12a occurs with the pressing surface 50a of the pressing member 50 in a portion of the reinforcing-bar 12a pressed by the fastening bolt 38, the slid between the pressing surface 50a and the reinforcing-bar 12a is prevented by pivoting the pressing member 50, thereby suppressing the reinforcing-bar 12a from being flawed by the pressing surface 50a of the fastening bolt 38.
